In a foiled attempt to kidnap an infant princess, the princess is rescued by a loyal ninja and is hidden in a village where she is raised as a common female ninja. Many years later, some promising young ninja students are about to be put through one final test, to see if they possess the skills required to be accepted as full ninja. They are known as Sakura, Matsuri, Yume, Pochi, and Hayashi, and their mission is to sneak inside the Byakuro Castle and steal a secret scroll. Little do they know that one of them is the surviving princess, nor are they aware that they are being following. Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden Victory or Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden V is a Coro Coro Comic series by Koichi Mikata, based on Bomberman and B-Daman. The animated television series is broadcast on Nagoya TV. V stands for "Victory" but the anime is also based on the 5th BB-daman manga.

Shogun Iemitsu Shinobi Tabi was a pair of television jidaigeki series on TV Asahi in Japan. The first aired in 1990–1991 and the sequel in 1992–1993. Kunihiko Mitamura portrayed Tokugawa Iemitsu in both series. The show premiered on October 13, 1990, as an off-season replacement for the popular Abarenbo Shogun. It shared several cast members with Abarenbo Shogun, including Reiko Takashima, Ayako Tanaka and some minor guest actors. The final episode aired on March 30, 1991. The sequel ran during the same months of 1992–1993.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner is a live-action television series based on the 1995 video game of the same name. Originally commissioned for a thirteen episode run, popular demand resulted in a further series of thirteen episodes being produced. it was originally broadcast on TX Network in the late night timeslot as a late night horror drama series.

After the 'Incident at Honnoji' (assassination of Oda Nobunaga by Akechi Mitsuhide, a former trusted general), a group of Tokugawa samurai are rescued by a youth named Yagyu Munenori (2nd son of Yagyu Sekishusai from Yamato) and Kizaru (a Ninja), as they are chased by a bloodthirsty group of samurai. Tokugawa Ieyasu, the lord of his clan, then lave a very special gift to Munenori; a samurai's pillbox, (a veritable work of art, with beautiful lacquered designs) which signifies that he is to be hired by the Tokugawa Clan when he grows up. As a result of the assassination, Toyotomi Hideyoshi became the sole ruler of Japan, and confiscated the Yagyu lands since they had sided with the traitorous Akechi. The Yagyu Clan was considerably weakened, and all but disappeared during Hideyoshi's reign as 'Taiko'.

His talent was soon being recognized and Sit invited him to join his opera company as playwright.

Three young people, Irie, Sugiya and Asami, decide to share a room together one summer. All three of them experience sadness, love and friendship as they fall in and out of love. They all become a vital part of each other's life, but at the end of summer vacation, they go their separate ways. Sugiya returns home, Asami leaves Tokyo and returns to the country and Irie remains in the room they had shared, as if nothing had happened over the last 40 days during summer.
