Mad Dogs is a British black comedy and psychological thriller television series created by Cris Cole that began airing on Sky1 on 10 February 2011. It is produced by Left Bank Pictures, and co-produced by Palma Pictures. The series stars John Simm, Marc Warren, Max Beesley, and Philip Glenister as four long-time and middle-aged friends getting together in a villa in Majorca to celebrate the early retirement of their friend Alvo. However, after Alvo is murdered, the group find themselves caught up in the world of crime and police corruption.

Rastamouse is a British animated stop motion children's TV series created by Genevieve Webster and Michael De Souza and produced by Three Stones Media/The Rastamouse Company for CBeebies. The show follows crime-busting mouse reggae band Da Easy Crew, who split their time between making music and solving mysteries for Da President of Mouseland. The first 52 episodes of the initial series were shown in the afternoon beginning 31 January 2011 on CBeebies. From 7 March 2011, the programme was repeated in the early mornings, on BBC Two. The second series, comprising a further 26 episodes, started on 20 August 2012, on CBeebies.

Exile

Exile is a British psychological thriller television series created by Paul Abbott and Danny Brocklehurst for BBC One. The three-part serial stars John Simm as London journalist Tom Ronstadt, whose world falls apart as a result of his own actions. Upon returning to his Lancashire hometown after 18 years, he finds his father, Sam, in the grips of Alzheimer's disease. During the course of the series, Tom begins to unravel the mystery of his childhood that drove him away many years earlier. Trying to extract information from Sam causes Tom to grow frustrated with his father's inability to remember. Tom continues on his quest for the truth, unaware he is unearthing a devastating crime that will reveal unimaginable secrets. The series received varying reviews, with praise for the script and performances but criticism for the clichés. Simm received a BAFTA nomination for his lead role, as did director John Alexander.

Campus

Campus is a semi-improvised British sitcom created by Robert Harley, James Henry, Oriane Messina, Gary Parker, Victoria Pile, Richard Preddy, Fay Rusling, and Christian Sandino-Taylor, with Pile acting as co-writer, producer, and director. At the fictitious Kirke University, the lives of the staff are explored, particularly the power-crazed and callous vice chancellor Jonty de Wolfe, lazy womanising English literature professor Matt Beer, and newly promoted senior mathematics lecturer Imogen Moffat. The series was initially broadcast as a pilot on Channel 4 on 6 November 2009, part of the Comedy Showcase season of comedy pilots. A full series commenced on 5 April 2011, with the first episode being a reshot and expanded pilot. Many critics claimed it was too similar to Green Wing and that much of the humour was offensive. However, others praised the dark humour and surrealism. It was ultimately cancelled after one series due to poor ratings.
