Seiun Kamen Machineman is a Japanese tokusatsu television series created by Shotaro Ishinomori and produced by Toei Company. It aired from January 13th until September 28th, 1984. It revolves around the adventures of Nick, a college student from the Ivy planet and his arrival on Earth to study the earthlings' behavior. Upon arrival, he is called in for the activities of the evil organization called "Tentacle", whose don, Professor K, wishes to eliminate all children in the world. Several of the series' aspects are rumored to have been inspired by American DC Comics superhero Superman, although this was never confirmed by either Ishinomori or Toei.

The three Amaba brothers are second-generation Japanese Americans, whose allegiances are torn by the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Determined to show his loyalty to his adopted country, Isamu volunteers for the U.S. Army and is shipped off to fight in Europe. A second brother, studying in Japan at the outbreak of hostilities, is conscripted to fight against the Americans as a Japanese soldier. A Japanese period drama broadcast in prime-time in 1984, based on Goseki Kojima and Kazuo Koike 's manga of the same title. Kainage Mondo is a secret child of Tokugawa Yoshimune and skilled swordsman. His job is a part to test food for poison for Yoshimune. He was on a journey but he goes to Edo to see Yoshimune. The Owari han have longed for the post of shogun and try to murder Yoshimune, in order to get shogun's post. Fuki is a kunoichi of Kōka. She tries to murder Yoshimue but she comes to like Mondo and eventually starts working for Mondo and Yoshimune. Mondo protects Yoshimune's life from Owari han and other enemies.

It was created for 1st and 2nd-year primary school students in Japan, teaching them lessons like morals and how to act at school. The show is more notable for the Monkey Puppet meme portrayed by the main protagonist Pedro.[1] In the 1980s and 1990s, the series was also aired in Latin America under the name "Niños en crecimiento". This was the penultimate season of the show, airing from April 13th, 1984, to April 4th, 1986, in Japan.[2]

Yesterday in Hibetsu

Ryuichi Nakagomi (Ryo Amagiya), 20 years old. He moved to Tokyo last fall from the small coal mining town of Hibetsu in Hokkaido and is training to become a dancer while working as a waiter at a tap show venue in Akasaka. His father died in a mine accident, and he lives in his hometown with his mother Haruko (Midori Satsuki) and sister Yuko (Keiko Saito), who work in the mine during the day and run a bar at night. One day, Ryuichi decides to audition for a musical. At the venue, he spots his high school crush Yukari Onuma (Eri Ishida), who had gone missing.
