Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden Victory or Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden V is a Coro Coro Comic series by Koichi Mikata, based on Bomberman and B-Daman. The animated television series is broadcast on Nagoya TV. V stands for "Victory" but the anime is also based on the 5th BB-daman manga.

Dr Willoughby is a British sitcom broadcast on ITV from 14 November - 13 December 1999. She is even heard in one episode to be applying for a job in a supermarket only to be told she is over qualified. Crystal is the new girl, she is receiving more fan mail than Donna after just two weeks on the show, something which Donna cannot stand. She demands that producer Emma remove her from the show but her request is rejected leading to Donna to advise Crystal not to wear a bra in order to put off her male fans.

Pumuckls Abenteuer is a German television series. It is based on the fictional character Pumuckl created by Ellis Kaut. It is a sequel series to 1980s TV series Meister Eder und sein Pumuckl and the cinematric movie Pumuckl und der blaue Klabauter. Due to his dead in 1993 actor Gustl Bayrhammer could not reprise his role of Meister Eder. Instead of recasting the character the producers decided to feature characters which had been new introduced in the cinematric movie, making the movie sort of a pilot to this series, bridging the gab between the events of first series and this one.

As a nod to Super Sentai titles having certain motifs, France Five has each member themed after certain aspects of French culture. Glou Man Chou sends his warriors and monsters to Earth to destroy the tower and enable a full-scale invasion, but they are opposed by France Five.

Robinsonekspedisjonen is a popular Norwegian reality television program debuting in 1999. In the of fall 1998 TV3 purchased the broadcast rights to air their own version of Expedition Robinson. Dick and Paula Celebrity Special was a Soup2Nuts animated series that aired on FX from 1999 to 2000. The premise of the show was that Dick and Paula hosted a talk show where famous individuals, usually deceased, talked about their work or what made them widely known. Examples of such guests include Charles Darwin, Marquis de Sade, Oedipus Rex, and Lewis and Clark, among many others. Accompanying the two hosts was a Paul Shaffer-esque keyboard player. This premise bears similarities with that of Steve Allen's Meeting of Minds. The series, like Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist, the first season of Home Movies, and Science Court, was animated in Squigglevision, a computer animation technique that caused the edges of people and important objects to vibrate constantly. Also like those series, Dick and Paula utilized retroscripting for much of the dialog, in that a basic outline is given and the actors improvise the dialog. Later, the dialog is edited to a coherent script.
