Pete's PA was a British reality television series that originally aired on Living from 8 October 2007 to 5 December 2007. The show followed musician and Dead or Alive frontman Pete Burns as he hunted for a new personal assistant. He was aided by celebrity PA Donna Coulling and psychologist Dr Rob Yeung. Filmed over ten weeks, the potential PAs were pitted against each other in a series of challenges. The ten episode contest concluded with a former criminal psychologist, Nicky, winning the competition.

Soapstar Superchef was a cooking show on the ITV Network, where soap stars from Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Neighbours compete to be crowned "kings" or "queens" of the kitchen. Their culinary efforts are judged by an expert panel of three judges. Each judge gives a mark out of ten, and the teams are able to gain extra points by answering questions about a short clip from their rivals' soap. Each team cooks twice and their points from both episodes are added together and the two teams with the highest totals will go head-to-head to win the show. The show was hosted by Richard Arnold, known as GMTV's TV critic, and Nicki Chapman, an English television presenter who also works in the British pop music industry. Mathew Bose and Hayley Tamaddon were crowned Soapstar Superchefs on Friday 13 April 2007.

The ITV Evening News, formerly, ITV News at 6:30, is the evening news bulletin on the British television network ITV. It is produced by ITN. The 30-minute programme, presented by Mary Nightingale and Alastair Stewart covers British national and international news stories and broadcasts at 6:30pm from Monday to Friday. Consolevania is a video games TV show filmed in and around Glasgow, Scotland. It is notable as one of very few online TV shows to make the leap onto broadcast TV as the show videoGaiden, which has had three series shown on BBC Scotland. The name Consolevania is a reference to Konami's long-running horror-adventure game series Castlevania. Fittingly, the first game reviewed on the show was Castlevania: Lament of Innocence. The first episode was filmed in the summer of 2004 and initially distributed on CDs posted out by the team. P.O.W. was a television series consisting of 6 episodes, broadcast on ITV in 2003. The series starred James D'Arcy and Joe Absolom. The drama series is based on true stories, set in Germany in the year 1940 and follows the character of Jim Caddon as he is captured after his plane crashes during a bombing raid over Normandy. In contrast to previous entries in the World War Two prison escape genre such as The Colditz Story, it concentrated on escape attempts by other ranks rather than officers. The series was filmed in Lithuania and first broadcast on television on 10 October 2003. A second series has not been commissioned, though ITV followed it with several other World War Two dramas including Colditz and Island at War. The title "P.O.W." stands for "prisoner of war".

De Gouden Kooi was the original concept and working title for Big Brother. In 2006, it was revived and turned into another format of reality television. The idea for De Gouden Kooi was born on 4 September 1997 during a brainstorm session at the John de Mol Produkties production house, an independent branch of Endemol. Participants were John de Mol himself, Patrick Scholtze, Bart Römer and his brother Paul Römer. After John de Mol left Endemol he reintroduced the original format for his TV-station Talpa.
