To have the chance to win this money, the viewer first has to figure out a word which is derived by entering the answers to questions on a piece of graph paper with 5x5 squares like a crossword. The program is produced by Baluba Television after a TV-format created by Baluba. She tries to find a way to balance between work and being a superhero, but it isn't always easy. Every episode has a new mystery that Mieke has to solve and one or more badguys who Mega Mindy takes down. Mieke's not-so-smart boss always tries to solve the case, but Mega Mindy usually ends up with the solution, which he doesn't appreciate. He does manage to claim responsibility for capturing a bad guy on several occasions because Mega Mindy can't reveal herself.

X Factor is a Dutch television music talent show contested by aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions. It is shown Friday evenings on the RTL4 Network in the Netherlands. The first series of the show aired from October 2006 through to February 2007, while the second series of the show aired from January through to May 2009. The show is produced by Blue Circle and is currently sponsored by Fiat. The "X Factor" of the title refers to the undefinable "something" that makes for star quality.
