Code Name: Eternity is a Canadian science fiction series broadcast in syndication for 26 episodes starting in 1999. The plot follows an alien scientist who arrives on Earth and assumes human form in order to perfect technology that will radically change Earth's environment to be suitable for habitation by his own species. MPD Psycho (full title: Multiple Personality Detective Psycho – Kazuhiko Amamiya Returns) is a six-part Japanese surrealist horror miniseries directed by Takashi Miike, based on Eiji Ōtsuka's manga series of the same name. Homicide detective Yosuke Kobayashi saw his wife killed by serial killer Shinji Nishizono. From the shock of the incident, he suffers from multiple personality disorder and becomes Kazuhiko Amamiya. Soon after, he goes on the hunt for revenge.

Despite the fact that it drew extremely high ratings from its beginning, the shootings were abruptly interrupted during the production of the 7th episode, which was never completed, leading to the series cancellation.
