RUNAWAY

Tetsuo Nagai (Yosuke Eguchi) is a probation officer who specializes in helping offenders who have just been released from prison and are reintegrating into society. He questions the slogan that “all are equal before the law,” but Nagai does this work because he, too, has made mistakes in the past. Society gave him a chance, allowing him to start a new life, so he believes that no matter what kind of criminal they are... people can start over. He hopes the general public will accept them with an open mind... but~~~ it is precisely because of this philosophy that he finds himself in an inescapable crisis!
