Doggy Fizzle Televizzle is a sketch comedy show that was produced by, and starred, the rap musician Snoop Dogg. It was aired on MTV in 2002 until 2003. Snoop Dogg stated that according to the contract, the show was to air six times, but it turned out to be a series of eight parts. The second season was canceled due to payment negotiation issues, since Snoop Dogg asked for $1 million for his role, which MTV refused to pay him. In the beginning of every show Snoop is seen sitting bored in a leather armchair in an empty room while switching channels from Jerry Springer to a cart race then to black and white burlesque figure skating after that to a strip show and finally to a Richard Marx music video when he decides to change the situation and the idea of Doggy Fizzle Televizzle comes to his mind. This ends the intro and the main theme follows with Snoop rapping.

The series revolves around the main character, Sergei Krymov (the owner of a travel agency), and his common-law wife, Svetlana, who is suddenly visited by her mother, Antonina Mikhailovna, from the village. His mother-in-law quickly finds common ground with Sergei's daughter from his first marriage, Dasha, but the differences in their upbringing and outlook on life become a source of constant clashes with Sergei's sister, Valeria. Gradually, Antonina Mikhailovna learns that her daughter and Sergei are not married, and she tries in every way to facilitate this, sometimes using very unusual methods. Furthermore, at the travel agency "Krymov and Co.", where Sergei and Svetlana work, every day brings new, sometimes intractable, problems. But the resourceful mother-in-law will always find a solution, even if the situation initially seems hopeless.

At the Hotel is a Canadian drama-comedy-musical mini-series concerning the goings-on at an illustrious Montreal hotel, known for its favourable treatment of struggling artists. Created by Ken Finkleman and produced by One Hundred Percent Television, the series aired on CBC Television in 2006. The music is composed by Robert Carli. This is the only Ken Finkleman production in which he did not cast himself as a character. He does however make a very brief on-screen appearance as a member of the crew shooting a music video in the hotel.

We Are Klang is a three-piece sit-com group consisting of comedians Greg Davies, Steve Hall and Marek Larwood. Klang are noted for their anarchic and frequently rude comedy. The TV version of their act began airing on BBC Three on 30 July 2009 and was partly filmed on location in Stalybridge, eight miles east of Manchester. A pilot of their new variety show, "The Klang Show," aired on 16 August 2010 on BBC Three.

It Only Hurts When I Laugh is an American television series that premiered on TruTV on October 22, 2009. This program showcases hilarious painstaking moments caught on tape. Unlike America's Funniest Home Videos, this one uses a narrator throughout the show, however it is the first truTV show to have laughing audience members in the background, although some footage in the show has real laughter. This show, along with AFV, sometimes uses sound effects for fun. Season 2 debuted on April 15, 2010. Season 3 started on October 11, 2010.

Spoons is a British sketch comedy programme produced by Endemol owned production company, Zeppotron for Channel 4 from 30 September 2005. The relationship themed show combined recent trends in sketch shows — dark content, strong language, and recurring catchphrases. It was not commissioned for a second series due to low ratings and poor reviews.

The concept involved Filip and Fredrik making fun of both famous and unknown people using a hidden camera and similar setups. The jokes were of a rather unusual, sometimes experimental, nature and some viewers took offense, feeling that the pair were humiliating innocent people.

Da Adventures of Pedro Penduko is the third and fourth season of the Filipino fantasy TV series Komiks. The third season began airing in the Philippines on September 9, 2006 and ended on April 28, 2007 on the ABS-CBN network in the Philippines. Unlike the stories in the first two seasons of Komiks, which were mostly presented in a single episode or at most in two episodes, Da Adventures of Pedro Penduko will span the entire third season of the series. The title role is performed by Matt Evans, who prior to this role was best known as one of the teens in Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition.

Speed is a BBC television series about the history of fast vehicles, including aeroplanes, boats and cars. The show is presented by Jeremy Clarkson and consists of six episodes. Each focuses on a different aspect of speed. The series was first shown in the UK on BBC One in 2001, and was subsequently shown to an international audience on BBC World and in Australia on the HOW TO Channel. Jeremy Clarkson's Speed, a video containing an hour of highlights from the series was also released in 2001. The video was released on DVD, as part of The Jeremy Clarkson Collection in 2007.

Click and Clack's As the Wrench Turns is an animated television series that follows the adventures of the brothers Click and Clack from their auto repair shop Car Talk Plaza. The program stars Tom and Ray Magliozzi, also known as the Tappet Brothers, from National Public Radio's Car Talk. The Wednesday night prime-time series debuted on July 9, 2008, and additionally in various time slots depending on local station scheduling. The series aired its ten-episode season in two-episode blocks for five weeks.

The hosts' challenge, in this highly experimental format, is to condense all the hallmarks of classic variety into the short span of two minutes: music and songs with a live orchestra, dance routines, monologues and comedy sketches, duets with guests, and satire on customs and society with references to current events. There will also be a host of celebrities who have become famous throughout the various editions of the radio show, of which these television segments are an original preview. The two-minute variety shows will be visualized with a timer marking 120 seconds.
