Harpers West One is an ATV television drama series created by John Whitney and Geoffrey Bellman about a fictional department store, Harpers, in the West 1 district of London. The show ran in one-hour episodes from 1961 to 1963. It was introduced by ATV while Probation Officer, was being rested but became an immediate success. Press releases described it as "shopping with the lid off". A combination of drama and soap opera, it has also been described as presaging corporate dramas such as The Brothers for its depiction of power struggles at board level.

EastEnders: E20 is a British Internet soap opera, which began airing on 8 January 2010. A spin-off from the established BBC soap EastEnders, it is set in EastEnders' regular setting of Albert Square, a Victorian square in the fictional borough of Walford, in the East End of London. Each series follows a group of teenage characters: Zsa Zsa Carter, Leon Small, Fatboy and Mercy Olubunmi in series 1; Asher Levi and his brother Sol, Naz Mehmet, and Stevie Dickinson in series 2; and Ava Bourne, Donnie Lester and Faith Olubunmi in series 3. The show's title comes from Walford's fictional London postcode district, E20. The four characters from series 1 also appear in EastEnders, as well as Faith from series 3. It was devised in a bid to develop and nurture new talent, including writers, actors, composers and remixers, and target a younger audience, as well as to attempt to drive more people onto the Internet. Schwurgericht (also known as The Murder Film ) is a crime film series produced by Sat.1 from 1995 to 1997. The series depicts criminal cases from the perspective of the public prosecutors. The series was conceived as a competitor to ARD's Tatort ( Tatort) and initially aired during prime time on Sundays at 8:15 p.m. However, ratings fell short of expectations. The series was ultimately canceled in 1997. Completed episodes were later broadcast under the title Der Mordsfilm (The Murder Film) or without a series title.
