Dororon Enma-kun, also known as Satanikus!, is a Japanese horror-comedy anime and manga series created by Go Nagai. It's one of Nagai's most famous works in Japan, although not very well known in the rest of the world. In 2006, it would get a sequel/remake in Demon Prince Enma, which drops the comedy and becomes a full-fledged suspense-horror series. After the OVA was released, another manga version was released called Satanikus ENMA Kerberos by Eiji Toriyama. A remake entitled Dororon Enma-kun MeeraMera began airing in Japan in April 2011.

Unfortunately Doraemon, a dysfunctional robot that the familly acquired by accident (but chose to keep nonetheless), isn't much better off than Nobita. The robot leads Nobita on many adventures, and while Nobita's life certainly is more exciting with the robot cat from the future, it is questionable if it is in fact better in the way that Doraemon planned.

Schoolhouse Rock! is an American interstitial programming series of animated musical educational short films that aired during the Saturday morning children's programming on the U.S. television network ABC. The topics covered included grammar, science, economics, history, mathematics, and civics. The series' original run lasted from 1973 to 1985, and was later revived with both old and new episodes airing from 1993 to 1999. Her red beret can be used as a radio to contact her father, and her boots have super speed. She is also able to transform with her pendant. Limit-chan also has a robot pet dog named Guu. Limit keeps her cybernetic powers a secret, as she fears being shunned by society. She keeps to herself, and sometimes keeps distance from others. Her secret is only known by her father and his assistants. In the final episode she reveals her secret to her teachers.

Butch Cassidy was a Saturday morning cartoon produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions in 1973 for NBC. The series title is a play on the name of the unrelated 1969 film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The character's music group is called the Sundance Kids.

Emergency +4 is an American animated television series based on the live action prime-time series Emergency!. The series began on NBC's Saturday morning schedule on September 8, 1973 and ran twenty-three 30-minute episodes over two seasons. It remained on the network until September 4, 1976 through re-runs. Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe provided the voices for their respective Emergency! paramedic characters. Each episode of the adventure series revolved around the Paramedical Rescue Service. The "+4" of the series title refers to four children who join the paramedics in each episode's rescue activities. Universal Studios outsourced the animation to Fred Calvert Productions because at the time, they did not have their own animation division.

"Hoot Kloot" was a series of 17 theatrical cartoon shorts produced by DePatie-Freleng Enterprises from 1973 to 1974. They featured Sheriff Hoot Kloot -- a diminutive, short-tempered lawman -- and his loyal horse Fester who try to maintain order in a remote western town. The series was later shown on television as part of the NBC Saturday morning cartoon series "Pink Panther and Friends."

The hour-long pilot, Lassie and the Spirit of Thunder Mountain, was part of The ABC Saturday Superstar Movie. In 1977, the show entered syndication as part of an anthology series entitled The Groovie Goolies and Friends.

Fables of the Green Forest is an anime adaption based on a series of books published in the 1910s and 1920s by Thornton W. Burgess which ran on the Japanese network Fuji TV from 7 January 1973–30 December 1973. It consists of 52 episodes and was created by the animation studio Zuiyo Eizo. The series has been aired in many countries outside Japan, such as Germany, Spain, Romania, Portugal, Venezuela and Canada. The release of the series into Canada was done through Ziv International in 1978.

Time for Timer was the collective title for a short series of public service announcements broadcast on Saturday mornings on the ABC television network starting in the early 1970s. The animated spots featured Timer, a tiny cartoon character who represented the sense of "time" in the human body. Timer was in charge of when a person felt it was time to eat, time to sleep, etc. He carried a large pocket watch inside of him, which would often set off an alarm whenever something was about to happen. Usually wearing a bow tie and top hat, Timer looked somewhat like a little yellow blob with long arms and legs, and a face. Timer also had limited magical powers, such as instant transportation, which he often used to exit his host body from time to time if things got too exhausting. A wise-cracker as well as a song-and-dance man, Timer promoted healthy eating and personal hygiene for children, using clever songs and animation.
