Lloyd in Space is an animated television series, created by Joe Ansolabehere and Paul Germain, and released in 2001 on ABC-TV on Saturday mornings. The pilot was written by Ansolabehere, Germain and Mark Drop. The characters were designed by Eric Keyes.

Rei Ichido, Go Reietsu, Kiyoshi Shusse, Jin Daima, and Dai Monohoshi are five mischievous boys attending Ichiou Junior High. Each with an eccentric personality and a knack for chaos, they've earned a reputation as the infamous "Kimen-gumi." One day, new transfer student Yui Kawa and her friend Chie Uru encounter the group and soon find themselves drawn into their antics. Around them are other colorful cliques—from the handsome "Iro Otoko-gumi" led by Shou Kireide, to the delinquent "Ban-gumi" led by You Nihiruda, the athletic "Ude-gumi" led by Kai Undou, and the tough girl squad "Onna-gumi" led by Jako Amano. As time passes and a new spring begins, the everyday lives of these eccentric students unfold in a lively and comedic school story.

The two men, Boyacky and Tonzura, worked under Doronjo but got kicked out from the Yatter Kingdom along with the Doronbo thieves as they lost a fight against the Yatterman. This is the new generation of Dorombo—Doronjo, Boyacky, Tonzura, and new Yatterman—a story of the birth of Gan-chan and Ai-chan.

Father of the Pride is an American animated television series that began broadcasting on NBC on August 31, 2004 and was part of a short-lived trend of CGI series in prime-time network TV. Little Lord Fauntleroy, also known as Shoukoushi Ceddie, is a Japanese anime series produced by Nippon Animation in 1988 and was broadcast on the World Masterpiece Theater, an animation staple that showcased each year an animated version of a different classical book or story. Mirai Keisatsu Urashiman is a Japanese science fiction manga series written by Hirohisa Soda, illustrated by Noboru Akashi and published by Akita Shoten. It was adapted into a 1983 anime television series produced by Tatsunoko Productions and ran from January 9 to December 24, 1983 on Fuji TV. It was later released in Germany and Sweden as Rock'n Cop, in France as Super Durand, and in Italy as Ryo, un ragazzo contro un impero. Saban Entertainment planned to release the series in the United States as Rockin' Cops but did not do so. A film version was in the works, but was also abandoned.
