Van-Pires is a computer animated children's television series that originally aired in the USA between 1997 and 1998 in syndication mostly on Fox and WB affiliates. It was produced by Abrahams/Gentile, with CGI animation being produced under MSH. The series was rated #1 in its time slot during several broadcasts in various United States and International markets. Van-Pires was the first children's CGI-animated television series to be produced using the 3D modeling and animation software 3D Studio MAX. It was only the third CGI-animated television series of its kind to use 3D animation in every episode, and ultimately received a Sci-Fi Award. Van-Pires also had portions of its soundtrack written and performed by John Entwistle of the band The Who and Steve Luongo Entwistle's long-time friend, producer and drummer in The John Entwistle Band. A range of other talented voices and animators were involved in production of the series. The Van-Pires synopsis and its stories center on a group of human teenagers who protect and defend the world from evil anthropomorphized junkyard vans and vehicles known as the "Van-Pires" by transforming into robotic anthropomorphized cars, calling themselves the "Motor-Vators".

Marude Dameo is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kenji Morita. The series stars an elementary school boy named Dameo Marude, who has little success with anything he tries, and a robot named Borot, which is good with housekeeping. It was serialized in the Kodansha magazine Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1964 to 1967. An anime adaptation by Toei Animation aired on Nippon Television from March 7, 1966 to February 27, 1967 for 52 episodes. A second anime series by Studio Pierrot ran on Fuji Television from November 1991 to September 1992 for The 47 episodes.

Pat et Stanley is a French animated show that appears as part of the children's television programme TFou on the French network TF1. Animated by Pierre Coffin, Pat the hippopotamus and Stan the dog have appeared in 362 short episodes as well as the 26 minute movie Pat et Stanley: Le Trésor de Pit et Mortimer. Outside of France, the duo are most famous for the short clip in which Pat is seen singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight." The clip appeared in Italy in a commercial by Ferrero's Kinder chocolates; they also produced a "Happy Hippo" shaped chocolate snack. Flying Rhino Junior High is a Canadian-French animated television series produced by Neurons Animation, Nelvana Limited and STV Productions. It originally aired from October 3, 1998 to January 22, 2000 on CBS Kidshow. Reruns used to be shown on Scottish Television in Scotland. Reruns returned to YTV after a four year absence in 2011. In the US, both seasons can be purchased as downloads from Amazon Instant Video, and in Scotland the first season can be watched on YouTube. The series revolved around four kids: Billy O' Toole, Marcus and Ruby Snarkus, and Lydia Lopez. The series' main antagonists are Earl P. Sidebottom, AKA The Phanthom and his rat sidekick Ratticus. Earl is a boy genius who some time before the series' beginning got a "D" grade in shop class and retreated to the school's sub-basement boiler room in shame. In there, he built a supercomputer capable of altering reality, which uses to cause chaos in the school as revenge, leaving the protagonists to stop him.
