What they don't know is that their girlfriends are in the villa right next door watching their every move. Everywhere the boys go and everything they do is controlled by their girlfriends. Using stealth, technology and a range of disguises, the girlfriends will go undercover to put their boyfriends to the test in order to answer some important questions about their relationships. Will the undercover girlfriends get rumbled? Are they really ready for what they might uncover? And when the girls come clean at the end of the week will it bring the couples closer together or push them further apart?

Picture This

Picture This is a cross-platform project from Channel 4, London about photography, in collaboration with independent TV producers Renegade Pictures and Flickr, the photosharing website. Picture This comprises a short reality television series following the progress of six up and coming photographers as they are guided by a group of established photographers and gallery owners, and a website which is designed to help people improve their photography in a friendly, constructive environment. The TV show takes the form of a constructive competition judged by photographer Martin Parr of the Magnum Photos photo agency, Brett Rogers of the Photographers' Gallery and Alex Proud of Proud Galleries. The TV series consists of three hour long episodes, first broadcast in the UK in January 2008. The project was commissioned by Jan Younghusband and Adam Gee. The six competitors were Aron Brown, Lucinda Chua, Elizabeth Gordon, Jay Mawson, Carolyn Mendelsohn and Edward Thompson. Elisabeth Gordon eventually won. The prize for the winner was an exhibition at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead and a book publishing deal.

Drag Idol

The RVT is one of 21 venues hosting this huge competition this year, we are running four heats which culminates in one final to find our representative who will go forward to the national semi finals. Our competition will be hosted by the brilliant and award winning Son of a Tutu who herself is a drag idol winner. Judges will be picked from the wider performance and media industry to help the proceedings along. The sensational Crystal D’Canter and Kelly Mild return as hosts of this year’s overall Drag Idol competition bringing their talent and wealth of experience to the competition (plus they did such an awesome job last year, we just had to have them back again). Heats run thru April and May culminating in 3 semi-finals, and a sensational grand final staged at the legendary Two Brewers in Clapham in June. The prizes for our fabulous winner will be a guaranteed paid gig in all of the Drag Idol venues worth a staggering £5250 and bespoke jewellery kindly supplied by Stage Jewels.

The show was Originally commissioned by Channel 5 in the United Kingdom, the format is a co-production between Dragonfly and Group M Entertainment and pits eight truck drivers against each other in a series of challenges. The winner receives US$150,000 and the title “world’s toughest trucker. It had its world premiere on 6 January 2012 on Channel 5. The show follows the success of Channel 5's other trucking programing such as Ice Road Truckers and Eddie Stobart: Trucks & Trailers. It is Broadcast on Friday at 8pm and regularly repeated. The show is filmed and broadcast in HD. Channel 5 describes the show as "The world's most fearless truck drivers face off in some of the world's most feared locations." "In an exciting new series commencing on Channel 5 this week, eight of the world’s most experienced truck drivers go head to head in some of the harshest environments on planet Earth. Drawn from England, Scotland, Canada, USA, Sri Lanka and Australia, they are challenged to navigate the most extreme routes across that include Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mongolia and India. Each journey will last three days, and they must contend with unusual cargo, massive rigs, lethal roads and each other. Along the way, the weak will be eliminated and only one will walk away with the £100,000 prize and the title of ‘World’s Toughest Trucker" Over 60,000 people applied to take part in the show. The eventual winner of series one was Englishman Stuart, with fan favorite Rookie finishing in second place and Derek in third.

Would Like to Meet

Would Like To Meet is a British reality television dating series, first broadcast on BBC 2 in 2001. Presented by Lowri Turner, it featured relationship expert Tracey Cox, confidence coach Steven Anderson and celebrity stylist Jay Hunt, who each used their expertise to help a singleton find a date. The show ran for three series until 2003. This was followed by a one-off celebrity special in 2004 where the experts helped TV presenter Esther Rantzen. The series led to numerous success stories, one of whom was Jon Massey, the subject of programme two of series two. As a direct result of his being featured in the programme, he was contacted after transmission by a woman who became his future wife. Having changed his name in the meantime to Jon McKnight, he was married at The Ritz in London on 19 December 2004. Jeremy Milnes, who had acted as his confidence coach during the filming of the programme, and Alannah Richardson, the series producer, were guests of honour at the wedding in the hotel's Marie Antoinette Suite.

Celebrity Five Go to...

Celebrity Five Go to... is a British reality show first broadcast on Channel 4. First shown on Channel 4 on 10 January 2011, the show is narrated by Jane McDonald. Five celebrities go on holiday together to compete to be the best tour guide for the group. Over two days, each celebrity is given the chance to organise different activities for the group, before on the third day, the group must secretly vote for who they feel has delivered the worst experience for the group, with this person being sent home. Over the remaining days, two more celebrities are voted off, before, in a twist unknown to the remaining two celebrities, the locals of the village in which they have been staying, and with whom they have been interacting, vote for who they think is the best tour guide. Each series comprises five episodes. The first series sees the celebrities visit Turkey; the celebrities visit South Africa in the second series. The third series takes place in Lanzarote.

Playdate

Playdate is a British television dating programme that was made by Hamma & Glamma Productions for ITV. It was screened Monday to Fridays on ITV Play between 8.00pm and 10.00pm, and daily on ITV2 between 1.00am and 4.00am. Billed as "the UK’s first interactive TV dating show", the show's format is based around speed dating. The show had one format: 7 days a week, the show was interactive: various singletons of both sexes were invited into the studio, and members of the public were invited to phone in and talk with the studio guests, known as "datees". Viewers were also invited to send text messages and picture messages to the "datees". The show's presenters were Brendan Courtney, Dave O'Reilly, Giles Vickers Jones, Kat Shoob, Katy Pullinger, Zoe Hardman and former Big Brother winner Kate Lawler. Playdate was axed with its final show being aired on 17 December. The Mint was shown in its slot on ITV2 and The Mint Extra shown in its slot on ITV Play. The Mint ceased broadcasting in 2007.
