World Business Report is a television business news programme produced by BBC News and shown on BBC World News and the BBC News channel on weekdays. The programme is broadcast 10 times daily Monday - Fridays. The main presenters of the programme are Tanya Beckett, Sally Bundock, Sally Eden, Juliette Foster, Alice Baxter, Aaron Heslehurst, Jamie Robertson and Philip Hampsheir. Squawk Australia was a television business news program aired every weekday at 6:00am Singapore/Hong Kong/Taiwan time on CNBC Asia. It was broadcast live from CNBC Asia's Australia studio in Sydney, and anchored by Amanda Drury. It was produced by CNBC Asia from Australia. It was also seen in the United States on the CNBC World channel at 6:00pm ET or 5:00pm ET. On Sundays, it was simulcasted on CNBC Europe at 22.00 UK time or 23.00 CET time. The studio for the show will soon be opened up for public viewing when the Financial and Energy Exchange opens its doors sometime in 2010. The show was filmed on the floor of the exchange in front of one of the largest videowalls in the Southern Hemisphere. Jeffrey James was the original anchor of Squawk Australia until his departure from the network in October 2008. It was announced in early 2010 that Squawk Australia will be cancelled as part of a programming revamp at the network on 14 June 2010. This is also due to the relocation of Karen Tso to Singapore, and Amanda Drury to CNBC headquarters in the U.S.

Sentro was an evening news broadcast of TV5 in the Philippines anchored by Martin Andanar. The newscast premiered on May 3, 2004, replacing Balitang Balita. It was first anchored by John Susi and Ali Sotto. On October 2, 2006, the newscast exchanged timeslots with Big News, the evening news program of the network. Susi and Sotto were replaced by Martin Andanar, who became the final anchor of the newscast. On June 25, 2007, Sentro was reformatted into an all-English news show, despite the retention of the name and some of the opening text and ending reminders still in Filipino. This used to be the format of Big News before its main language was changed to Filipino. On August 8, 2008, Sentro, together with Big News aired its final broadcast.

Issues and Answers was a once-weekly TV news program that was telecast by the American Broadcasting Company network from 1960 to 1981. It was distributed to the ABC affiliate stations early on Sunday afternoons for either live broadcast or video taped for later broadcast. Issues and Answers was ABC-TV's response to such TV programs as NBC-TV's Meet the Press and CBS-TV's Face the Nation. It featured TV reporters interviewing selected newsmakers of the contemporary time period - mostly government officials, both domestic and foreign. Unlike the other networks' news-interview TV programs, which featured newspaper and radio reporters along with TV correspondents, Issues and Answers more commonly featured only ABC News correspondents. Issues and Answers was canceled in 1981, succeeded by the 60-minute This Week with David Brinkley.

Weekend Now is a weekend weather program on The Weather Channel that airs from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Eastern time on Saturdays and Sundays. The program, which originally featured unique segments including world weather, lifestyle-oriented weather, and light weather news, debuted in 2001 as the first of multiple weekend programs on The Weather Channel.

Sunrise Weather is an early morning weekend program airing on The Weather Channel. Its emphasis is on straightforward forecasts. The program airs for a half-hour on weekend mornings from 4:30-5 a.m. ET, and has the shortest runtime of any forecast program on the network. It is also the lowest viewed show on TWC since it is shown at a very early time and on a weekend. Sunrise Weather launched on September 20, 2008, replacing the first half hour of the now defunct Weekend Outlook. It places more emphasis on hard weather forecasts than most other TWC shows. When the show launched, Ray Stagich co-anchored with Mike Seidel on Saturdays and Alex Wallace on Sundays. In September 2009, Seidel left to cover College/NFL games for TWC, and was replaced by Jeff Morrow. In July 2012, Wallace left for First Outlook, and was replaced by Danielle Banks. In October 2012, Morrow left TWC. Banks and Stagich started anchoring both Saturday and Sunday together until November 2012, when Banks left for Weekend Now and Weather Center Live, and was not replaced. The show is currently hosted by meteorologists Ray Stagich solely on Saturdays and Sundays. If there is a major weather event, Sunrise Weather will be pre-empted by an extended edition of Weekend View.

Before it was TV Patrol Caraga in the present its former title is TV Patrol Butuan aired first on July 5, 1999. It is aired live daily from ABS-CBN Broadcast Center TV-11 in Butuan City at 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday. Also simulcast on ABS-CBN TV-12 Surigao and TV-26 Tandag. It is also shown abroad through ABS-CBN Now and The Filipino Channel. They also have this popular closing words when Charmane Awitan was still the anchor saying, "Ug CARAGA maglaumon ug magmauswagon ka!" meaning, "and CARAGA be hopeful that you will progress!". In 2011 TV Patrol Caraga celebrates its 12th year anniversary and reveals their new news banner format on TV.

Sunrise is the breakfast time programme on Sky News between 6:00am and 9:00am on weekdays and 6:00am to 10:00am on weekends. It was first aired in February 1989. Since February 2007, the weekday episodes of the show have been called Sunrise with Eamonn Holmes, as Holmes now presents the show largely on his own, aided with news updates with Charlotte Hawkins. The editions broadcast from Friday to Sunday are branded Sunrise with Stephen Dixon.

The Opening Bell on Fox Business is an American business news program airing on the Fox Business Network at 9:00am Eastern Time and was hosted by Alexis Glick until December 23, 2009. Jenna Lee and two other FBN anchors were in the running to fill the role until its abrupt cancellation on January 15, 2010, when it was replaced on the 18th by an extension of Imus in the Morning. Debuting on December 17, 2007, this program offered a daily glimpse of what is expected to happen on Wall Street for the business day, reaction to the opening of the markets, and covered the first 30 minutes of the trading day. Contributors and reporters included Robert Gray, Shibani Joshi, Connell McShane, Charles Payne, Nicole Petallides, and Ashley Webster.

Buletin Siang is the first noon newscast ever produced by an Indonesian private television station it was launched on 24 August 1993 on privately owned RCTI private television station in Indonesia, Buletin Siang was also carried by RCTI's then sister station SCTV and Indosiar. On 9 February 2009, Seputar Indonesia was revived and is the only news program on RCTI, now called Satu Seputar Indonesia. The morning news program, Nuansa Pagi was renamed Seputar Indonesia Pagi. The afternoon news program, Buletin Siang renamed Seputar Indonesia Siang. The late night news program, Buletin Malam was renamed Seputar Indonesia Malam. The main evening edition retained the Seputar Indonesia name due to the historical context.

All Noticias Caracol newscasts are also aired live on Caracol TV Internacional, the international general entertainment channel from Caracol TV and on Caracol TV’s WGEN-TV in Miami, which is affilitated to the MundoFox teleivision network, which is half-owned by Caracol TV’s competing television network, RCN Televisión from Colombia.

Horizonte is a current events television program produced by KAET in Phoenix, Arizona. It is one of the two locally produced news program for KAET, the other being its sister program, Horizon. The show is produced at KAET's studios in the Cronkite Building on Arizona State University's downtown Phoenix campus.

3 News is the television, internet and radio news service of New Zealand's first private commercial television channel TV3. The flagship news bulletin is the nightly 6pm news, but 3 News also has morning, midday and evening news bulletins, as well as several current affairs shows. As the news brand of MediaWorks, 3 News produces bulletins live from Auckland on TV3 and an hour later on 3+1, it produces video, audio and article news for 3news.co.nz, and reports news for Radio Live news bulletins.

Weather Center was a news/weather program produced by The Weather Channel in Atlanta, Georgia. Initially, Weather Center was the lone news program for The Weather Channel. By 2000, the show had started being significantly pared down. By the end of 2008, Weather Center only aired for one hour a day during the week and two hours on weekends. The 4pm hour of Weather Center was replaced by PM Edition.

NBC News Overnight was a television news program on the NBC television network that aired weekday mornings from 1:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. from July 5, 1982 to December 3, 1983 for 367 telecasts. The program was noteworthy because during this era a large majority of TV stations signed off between 1 and 3 a.m., with the rest running obscure syndicated shows and old movies.
