Rewind is a Canadian television news series, which aired overnights on CP24. The series repeated past newscasts from Citytv Toronto. Citytv and CP24 were owned by CHUM Limited until July 2007, when CP24 and the rest of the CHUM Limited properties were sold to CTVglobemedia, while the Citytv stations were sold to Rogers Media. However, the series continued to air on CP24 for one more year, and was cancelled in September 2008.

The Edge was an evening business news talk show aired weekdays on CNBC from October 6, 1997 to February 1, 2002. The Edge works to give investors a competitive "edge" by tracking emerging trends in business and the financial markets, delving into new cutting "edge" products and technologies, moving inside the world of aggressive investors on the "edge," and featuring opposing predictions from top analysts and business leaders trying to get a word in "edgewise."

TV Patrol Bicol is the local news network broadcast of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group for the Bicol Region. The newscast is done in a tabloid-style format. The program delivers news headlines about the current events in the Bicol Region and in other places nationwide using the Central Bikolano language as a medium of delivery. It is aired live daily from ABS-CBN Naga at 5:15 PM, from Monday to Friday, simulcast over ABS-CBN TV-4 Legazpi, TV-10 Daet and Masbate, TV-7 Sorsogon and Virac.

European Closing Bell is a television programme aired on business news channel CNBC Europe from 5pm to 6pm CET, and from 11am to 12pm on CNBC World in the United States. The programme is presented from London by Louisa Bojesen. The show covers the last half hour of trades in the European equity markets, and reports on the day's final numbers and top stories as the markets close at 5:30pm CET. As the major European markets are electronic, no actual "closing bell" is rung - nonetheless there is a countdown on the CNBC Europe strap and video wall until the close of trade. Other regular segments include a daily "Guest Investor" and a technical analysis slot. Prior to 26 March 2007, the programme ran for two hours until 7pm CET. The second hour of the programme was of a slower pace, offering a more in-depth look at financial and political events. During major European trade fairs and political events such as EU summits and elections, European Closing Bell was often anchored live from these events. Many of these features were incorporated into the extended Europe Tonight after its relaunch on the same date. Prior to June 2003, European Closing Bell was known as European Market Wrap. The theme music for the programme is the same as that used by the U.S. version of Closing Bell.

Weekend Live was an American news/talk television program on Fox News Channel. The program featured live news story updates from correspondents, analysis from a number of different regular contributors, interviews with newsmakers of the week, and regular subject specific segments. Compared to other programming on the network, it didn't feature a commentary segment, but does have regular one-minute "Fox Real Time" news recaps. Broadcast live from the network's Washington, D.C. studios from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday and 12:00–2:00 p.m. Sunday ET, the show was hosted by Bret Baier. The show had been previously hosted by Tony Snow from 2002 until 2003 on both ends of the weekend, and from 2003 until his departure to join the White House, on Saturdays, followed by Brian Wilson. The program ran as America's Election Headquarters, using that title during the 2008 presidential election campaign. The Weekend Live name was ultimately dropped altogether on November 5, 2008 and was retitled as America's News HQ.

Thanks to their partners, United Nations Children's Fund and the Probe Media Foundation the KNN reporters honed their skills in television production. UNICEF provided the necessary tools like camera, tripod, microphone, and other tools while PMFI trained the reporters how to develop stories, write scripts and use the equipment. The KNN reporters do all the hard work with a little help from their adult bureau managers. They brainstorm and discuss topics for their reports and research about them. They shoot, do the interviews, and log the shots. They also transcribe interviews, prepare shotlists, and write the scripts themselves. The best part of the job is they're enjoying it! Sunrise is the breakfast time programme on Sky News between 6:00am and 9:00am on weekdays and 6:00am to 10:00am on weekends. It was first aired in February 1989. Since February 2007, the weekday episodes of the show have been called Sunrise with Eamonn Holmes, as Holmes now presents the show largely on his own, aided with news updates with Charlotte Hawkins. The editions broadcast from Friday to Sunday are branded Sunrise with Stephen Dixon.

Inside City Hall is an American political talk show that appears on the 24-hour cable-news television channel NY1. The show's format and topics focus primarily on political issues concerning New York City but it extends into other issues such social, economic, and education topics effecting New York City. The current host is former New York Daily News columnist Errol Louis. Inside City Hall broadcasts live Monday - Friday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is repeated at 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. During New York City mayoral election years the program's name is changed from Inside City Hall to Road to City Hall.

America Now is a daily television magazine program hosted by Leeza Gibbons and Bill Rancic, featuring "news you can really use" on lifestyle topics such as health, diet, family and pets. The program, which airs Monday through Friday, is produced by ITV Studios America. America Now is broadcast across the United States on stations owned by Raycom Media and is airing via syndication in other markets around the country.

Te Karere is a New Zealand news and current affairs programme broadcast in the Māori language. Te Karere is broadcast on Television New Zealand's TV ONE at 4 pm on weekdays and repeated 1:05 am and 5:35 am the following day. It is available in Windows Media format from 5:00 pm after the broadcast. The show introduced subtitles via teletext on televisions during its 4 pm broadcast, excluding interviews. The focus of the programme is content which is of national significance to the targeted Māori audience.

The Soup Investigates is a comedic news television series on E!. It is a spin-off of The Soup. While The Soup reports and makes fun of news events during the previous week, its spinoff follows a group of newspeople who inquire around for news stories that are potentially humorous. Like its parent, The Soup Investigates is hosted by Joel McHale. The series' pilot episode aired on June 19, 2013.

TV Patrol Caraga is the flagship local news program broadcast of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in Butuan City. TV Patrol Butuan in its first airing started when ABS-CBN Butuan also went on the air in 1999. It was first anchored by Andy Rara and Michiko Makinano then later with Trinidad Ladringan-Velasco and the present Richmond Hinayon together with Charmane Awitan. It has been the most watched and most trusted news program in Butuan and Agusan del Norte. The newscast is a tabloid-style format. The program delivers news headlines about the current events in the entire Caraga Region. Before it was TV Patrol Caraga in the present its former title is TV Patrol Butuan aired first on July 5, 1999. It is aired live daily from ABS-CBN Broadcast Center TV-11 in Butuan City at 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday. Also simulcast on ABS-CBN TV-12 Surigao and TV-26 Tandag. It is also shown abroad through ABS-CBN Now and The Filipino Channel. They also have this popular closing words when Charmane Awitan was still the anchor saying, "Ug CARAGA maglaumon ug magmauswagon ka!" meaning, "and CARAGA be hopeful that you will progress!". In 2011 TV Patrol Caraga celebrates its 12th year anniversary and reveals their new news banner format on TV.

Canada Now was the early-evening national news program on CBC Television, the main English television network of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, between 2000 and 2007. For most of its run, it was structured as a hybrid national-regional newscast, with each portion being 30 minutes in length.

BBC South East Today is the BBC South East regional television news programme, serving Kent and East Sussex. Prior to its launch on 3 September 2001, most of the viewers in the region received Newsroom South East, though some had been receiving South Today. 24 Horas is a Chilean newscast, broadcast by Televisión Nacional de Chile since 1990. It started airing after the return to democracy, when it was decided to give a new look to the newscast. The program is the successor to the newscast Noticias, which in turn replaced TV Noticias.

5 News is the news programme of British broadcaster Channel 5 produced by ITN from Channel 5's parent company Northern & Shell head office on Lower Thames Street in the City of London. From 1 January 2005, Sky News was awarded the contract to provide the news for Channel 5, replacing ITN, which had provided the channel's news service from the channel's launch in 1997. On 14 February 2011, the service was rebranded back to its original name, 5 News, having been called Five News from 2002 until 2011. On 20 February 2012 the contract returned to original provider ITN. The ITV press centre announced on 2 September 2011 that David Kermode, at-the-time editor, would leave 5 News in order to take up an editorial spot on Daybreak. He was replaced by Geoff Hill.

Power Play is a Canadian public affairs television show which airs weekdays on CTV News Channel. Interviews are conducted with important Canadian political figures as well as political journalists and strategists, and includes a regular segment with CTV's Craig Oliver. The show broadcasts from Parliament Hill and was hosted on a week-by-week basis by various CTVglobemedia journalists, including Jane Taber and Roger Smith, as temporary replacements for the original host Tom Clark upon his departure in September 2010. On November 30, 2010, CTV announced that Don Martin, a newspaper columnist, would become the new host of Power Play starting in mid-December 2010. Power Play is the permanent successor to Mike Duffy Live, which aired until December 2008 when Mike Duffy, the host, was appointed to the Senate of Canada. Following the departure of Duffy, a program called On the Hill, hosted by Graham Richardson, ran for one month until Power Play premiered.

Full Frontal Fashion is an American television program of the 2000s that gives complete coverage of designer fashion shows and other aspects of the fashion industry. It has aired on a variety of television channels and cable networks, especially those in the New York City area. Full Frontal Fashion was co-created in 2000 by fashion television newcomer Robert Verdi, who also co-hosted it at the time, with the MSG Metro Channels as its original outlet. Produced in New York, the show was the first of its kind to air complete coverage of runway fashion shows, bringing the exclusive events into American living rooms. At first it only aired during New York Fashion Week, but then expanded coverage to other fashion weeks; after a while it aired around-the-clock on MSG's Metro Stories channel during fashion weeks, and then later it became the only programming on Metro Stories — all fashion, all the time. After Metro changed its programming, Full Frontal resurfaced sporadically on NYC Media Group's WNYE-TV, usually during New York Fashion Week. It also sometimes ran on WE: Women's Entertainment. By 2007, it found a new home on Voom HD's UltraHD channel, where it once again it became the main programming, airing many times a day around the year. Since the Metro Stories days, the main hosts for the program have been Judy Licht, well known as a longtime entertainment reporter for New York local television stations WNYW-TV and WABC-TV, and Christina Ha, formerly of New York 1 News. Lloyd Boston, known for his commentating appearances on The Today Show, sometimes serves as a male correspondent.

Squawk Australia was a television business news program aired every weekday at 6:00am Singapore/Hong Kong/Taiwan time on CNBC Asia. It was broadcast live from CNBC Asia's Australia studio in Sydney, and anchored by Amanda Drury. It was produced by CNBC Asia from Australia. It was also seen in the United States on the CNBC World channel at 6:00pm ET or 5:00pm ET. On Sundays, it was simulcasted on CNBC Europe at 22.00 UK time or 23.00 CET time. The studio for the show will soon be opened up for public viewing when the Financial and Energy Exchange opens its doors sometime in 2010. The show was filmed on the floor of the exchange in front of one of the largest videowalls in the Southern Hemisphere. Jeffrey James was the original anchor of Squawk Australia until his departure from the network in October 2008. It was announced in early 2010 that Squawk Australia will be cancelled as part of a programming revamp at the network on 14 June 2010. This is also due to the relocation of Karen Tso to Singapore, and Amanda Drury to CNBC headquarters in the U.S.

Breakfast News was a breakfast news show which first aired on BBC1 on 2 October 1989. The programme was previously known as Breakfast Time. It was planned to launch on 4 September 1989 and again on the 18 September but was held back due to technical issues with its new studio The programme went through three main visual changes. The initial look lasted from launch in 4 September 1989 to 12 April 1993. The 13 April 1993 revamp saw the programme presented from the same set as the One, Six and Nine O'Clock News bulletins. A further and final revamp took place in June 1997 when 'BBC' was shorn from its title, and on-screen it became known as simply Breakfast News. It was during this final period that the tone began to shift, with the return of a sofa set, alongside more features, and more interaction between the presenting team. The final edition of Breakfast News aired on 15 September 2000, and on 2 October 2000 it relaunched as BBC Breakfast.

SpaceNews was a daily news segment on Space, a Canadian television station. Videographer Natasha Eloi looks at "what's new" in space and the sciences. SpaceNews Monthly is a best-of show based on these interstitials. Both programs finished their runs at the end of September and October 2005, respectively.

Europe This Week is a business news show aired on CNBC Europe and on CNBC World in the US, co-presented by Guy Johnson and Louisa Bojesen, from 6pm to 6:30pm CET on Fridays. The programme, presented from CNBC Europe's London studios, examines stock markets and the economy in Europe during the past week, and sets the agenda for the coming week. Occasionally, special editions of the programme are presented on location from the site of EU summits and major elections. Mosaic: World News from The Middle East was a daily news program offered by the free American satellite channel, LinkTV. Mosaic featured selections from television news programs produced by broadcast outlets throughout the Middle East. The news reports were presented unedited, translated into English when necessary. The show's founding producer was Jamal Dajani, a Palestinian American and was co-produced by David Michaelis, an Israeli Jew.

Alive in Baghdad is a weekly news video blog, or vlog, based in Baghdad, Iraq, distributed via website and RSS. They employ Iraqi journalists to produce videos covering various topics on daily life in Iraq following the Second Gulf War, including a piece on citizens trying to protect their neighborhood from insurgent death squads, another on what it is like to be an Iraqi Police officer, and interviews with car bomb survivors. The footage is shot by Iraqis and edited in the United States. Alive in Baghdad was founded in 2005 by Brian Conley, a 26-year-old American journalist and filmmaker. After a year of preparation, Conley went to Baghdad to equip and train a small team of Iraqis to produce a new short film every week on the subject of daily life in Iraq. The website has survived on donations from foundations and individuals. Staff in Iraq receive a small salary. US staff are not paid.

BBC North West Tonight is a nightly regional news programme covering North West England and the Isle of Man. Produced by BBC North West, the programme airs at 6.30pm and at 10:25pm every weekday evening and is broadcast from the BBC's MediaCityUK studios at Salford Quays.

Squawk Box is a business news television program that airs at breakfast time on the CNBC network. The program is currently co-hosted by Joe Kernen, Rebecca Quick and Andrew Ross Sorkin. Since debuting in 1995, the show has spawned a number of versions across CNBC's international channels, many of which employ a similar format. The program title originates from a term used in investment banks and stock brokerages for a permanent voice circuit or intercom used to communicate stock deals or sales priorities.

BBC Look East is the BBC's regional television news programme for the BBC East region, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and north Buckinghamshire. The programme began on 5 October 1959, making it the BBC's longest-running regional news programme. Look East is broadcast from BBC East's headquarters at The Forum, Norwich. Prior to 29 September 2003, the programme aired from studios in St Catherine's Close, Norwich. Morning Rush is a morning television program on The Weather Channel, an American television station, which airs Monday through Fridays from 7-10 a.m. Eastern Time. It focuses on morning weather conditions around the country and more recently, news and business information that does not pertain to weather.

60 Minutes is the name of a television newsmagazine show previously broadcast in New Zealand on TV3. The show began in New Zealand in 1989 based on an American programme by the same name. The programme is to broadcast on Prime TV from 2013 and will be hosted by Charlotte Bellis, weekend anchor of Prime News: First at 5.30, will host 60 Minutes for the network alongside her news duties. The broadcaster of 60 Minutes has changed twice during the 1990s. It was one of TV3's flagship programmes when TV3 went to air in 1989. Then in 1992, TVNZ won the rights to the programme. After being shown on TV1 from 1993 to 2002, TVNZ decided not to renew the rights the show from CBS, and the rights were reacquired by TV3. Following this, there was a fight over the www.60minutes.co.nz domain, which for a short time, redirected to the site on TVNZ's replacement Sunday. Currently, the domain redirects to the www.cbs.com website.

Media Television was a Canadian television newsmagazine series, which aired weekly on Citytv from 1991 to 2004. It was also syndicated internationally, airing in over 100 countries around the world at some point during its run. The show, subtitled "The Modern Art and Science of Persuasion", offered a behind the scenes examination of the worlds of media, marketing, technology, the internet, print, radio, and television. It was one of the first syndicated programs to employ a videographer whose role was as camera, interviewer, and host all rolled into one. Media Television's primary contribution was its unique examination of worldwide advertising in an intelligent manner.

The programme was originally based on the CNBC U.S. morning programme Market Watch, which was later replaced by the programme Morning Call. Just like its US counterpart, European Market Watch presented viewers with the latest market information and in-depth analysis of the stories making business.
