Rocky Hollow

Rocky Hollow was a stop-motion animation children's television series made in Wales. The show is narrated by Peter Sallis, who became the voice of Wallace in Wallace and Gromit This was the first children's television show produced by Bumper Films which later made Fireman Sam, Starhill Ponies and Joshua Jones for the BBC in production with S4C, Mike Young Productions and Prism Art and Design Ltd. The whole series has been released on various videos but so far has not been released on DVD until 2014.

The Ghost of Faffner Hall is a British/American children's television series from The Jim Henson Company and the British ITV company Tyne Tees Television which aired from August 16, 1989 to November 11, 1989 in the UK, and slightly later in the US. The puppets for this show were created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop, and the series was recorded at the Tyne Tees Studios in Newcastle upon Tyne and directed by Tony Kysh, then senior director within that company's children's department.

Edward and Friends

Edward and Friends was a children's TV series in clay animation from FilmFair that aired on British and Canadian television in 1987. The series was 5-minute stop-motion shorts based on the LEGO's "Fabuland" line of toys that lasted 10 years from 1979 to 1989. Edward was the main character in the show and the episodes were centered around him and his two friends Bonnie and Max. The series was set in the fictional town of Fabuland. It was Lego's first foray into animation and television in general. Bernard Cribbins provided the voice-over for the show. Written by Michael Cole with music by Mike Batt. Jellabies

The Jellabies is a television animation series that aired on the Australian television network ABC Kids. It was also shown in Germany, USA, The Netherlands, UK and many other territories. Its target audience is children in the age of 2–6 years old. The program is created using computer-generated imagery animation. The show is narrated by Rik Mayall. The Jellabies are jelly made people that live in the Jolly Jelly World, which is the magical land at the end of the rainbow, where their main job is to make rainbows. Although each Jellabie has its own vehicle to drive around in, their main use of travelling long distances around Jolly Jelly World is on the "Jelly train", a train that only consists of a cab and one passenger car. The show debuted in 1998 and ended in 2003. For children the voice-over explains a lot of things from everyday life, either the objects, as well as basic culture,.

Freetime

Freetime was a twice-weekly children's television programme shown on ITV between 1981 and 1985. Produced by Thames Television, it was a magazine format show devoted to hobbies and interests, and was designed to encourage viewers to get out and about rather than staying at home and watching television. It was hosted by the former Magpie presenter Mick Robertson. He was initially joined on set by Trudy Dance, but she was soon replaced by Kim Goody until it was axed by the network in 1985. On 16 September 1988, Thames Television briefly re-launched Freetime, this time fronted by Andi Peters, but the series was cancelled after its fifteenth and final edition on 23 December 1988.

Barmy Aunt Boomerang was a children's comedy series which aired on BBC1 in the United Kingdom from 16 September 1999 to 14 December 2000. Sebastian's world is turned upside down by the arrival of his unconventional Australian aunt Boomerang. It is revealed early on in the series that Aunt Boomerang is in fact a ghost, She was starring in an Australian soap when she was killed on set. She now acts as something of a "fairy god-mother" to Sebastian. The show ran for two series. The series also featured actor Alex Harvey, who is the son of the late Scottish rock singer and leader of The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. 50/50 was a British children's game show that was broadcast on BBC1. It was broadcast from 7 April 1997 to 12 July 2005. Two schools in the UK put forward 50 students, each child given a number from 1–50 which they wear during the show, before each round a random number generator picks which students will take part in the next game. The t-shirt colours were originally green and orange but this was changed to blue and yellow. They sit opposite each other in raised seating while the game takes place in between them. Most of the children will not get an opportunity to play in a game, but there are question rounds and observation rounds where points are won by the number of correct answers. The games usually consist of inflatable obstacle courses similar to those found in Get Your Own Back, Fun House and Run the Risk.

Christopher Crocodile

Christopher Crocodile is an animated children's cartoon TV series. It was started in 1993 and was produced by Direct Entertainment Ltd. The eponymous protagonist of the series is Christopher Crocodile, who, according to the plot, left his native Mudagascar to devote his energy and inventive mind to helping the people of Muddytown, where most of the programmes are set. Muddy Town receives a lot of rain, which makes it a very muddy place. That's bad news for Mayor Muggins and the townsfolk, who are stuck living under a cloud all of the time, in this most unappealing of places. But it's good news for the crocodile, who likes nothing more than to wallow in the muddy pools around town, slurping on jars of peanut butter and custard. Christopher turns out to be an asset to Muddy Town, because he happens to be rather clever inventor with an eye for new gadgets, gizmos and designs, almost all of which are highly improbable in real life.
