Klokhuis is an educational show for early teenagers produced by Omroep NTR of the Netherlands. The show started in 1988. It is broadcast every weekday at 18:25 on Nederland 3 and lasts about 15 minutes. Quite often, factories are visited, where a complete production process is explained. The serious parts are interspersed with funny sketches, which sometimes have aspects that only adults would understand, whilst still remaining funny for children. If Kalle fails to appear for the duel, the law states that the challenger automatically inherits the throne, making Zoppo king.

Barmy Aunt Boomerang was a children's comedy series which aired on BBC1 in the United Kingdom from 16 September 1999 to 14 December 2000. Sebastian's world is turned upside down by the arrival of his unconventional Australian aunt Boomerang. Alex Harvey Junior played the part of a police officer named Sergeant Keen.
