Riki Ryugasaki is a school boy in this town. One day Riki is taken to his first B-Daman event by his friend and classmate, Sumi Inaba. Although he doesn’t participate as a player, Riki’s natural curiosity sparks an interest towards B-Daman. And when Riki hears an urban legend about “a secret B-Daman tournament (a tournament that only a very selected group of players are allowed to participate)” spreading amongst the children of the town, he realizes that there is something very mysterious and exciting about B-Daman...

Please! Psammea-don is a Japanese anime that was broadcast from 2 April 1985 to 4 February 1986 with a total of 78 episodes produced. This anime is based on the 1902 novel Five Children and It by English author Edith Nesbit. The anime differs from the novel in revolving around four children rather than five. Three of the children are siblings while the fourth is their friend and neighbor. The four children encounter the Psammead who, in the anime, is depicted as being yellow with a blue hat, and more of a grumpy and lazy being than mischievous. In Latin America, the series was known as Samed, el duende mágico and in France and Quebec as Sablotin. In the Arab world, it was known as Moghamarat Samid.

Takigawa Go gets the power to transform into Tetsujin Tiger Seven from an artificial heart and a magic pendent. To transform he utters the henshin phrase "Tiger Spark". Takigawa Go is played by Tatsuya Nanjô who also starred in Toei's Henshin Ninja Arashi. Go rides a Suzuki motorcycle with rocket boosters. When he transforms into Tiger Seven the motorcycle transforms as well to become "Spike Go". Spike Go can drive itself, coming to its master's aid when Tiger 7 roars. Tetsujin Tiger 7 was apparently P. Production's attempt at a Kamen Rider style series. They even hired Shunsuke Kikuchi composer of the 1970s Kamen Rider music to write the music for Tetsujin Tiger 7.
