The Moment of Truth was a game show based on the Japanese format Happy Family Plan that was produced by LWT and was broadcast on ITV from 5 September 1998 to 29 September 2001. It was hosted by Cilla Black. A similar show, Celebrities Under Pressure followed two years after The Moment of Truth ended. The format was strikingly similar, except that celebrities partook in challenges on behalf of the family, rather than a family member.

Storybook International is a British children's TV series produced by Harlech Productions for ITV. The show featured folk tales and fairy stories from around the world, based on an anthology edited by Veronica Kruger. Filmed in locations like Russia, Ireland, and Scandinavia, it had 65 episodes over three series, first airing in 1983. The series was initially in Britain and Europe but later aired in the US, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. It was released on VHS in the 1980s and 1990s and on DVD in 2006. The show's animated title sequence featured a troubadour singing the theme song with a friendly fox. The original was in a traditional English folk style, but international versions varied, such as the US version replacing "In England I am John" with "In America I'm John".

Filmed on location in 1997 at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the show was a six-part BBC documentary, which followed the day-to-day running of the park. It was mainly focused on the rides and the park managers, Jim Rowland and Keith Allen. Megamaths is an Educational programme about Maths that originally aired on BBC2 between 1996 and 2001. Each episode was 20 minutes long and was written by Maths Television Presenter Simon Davies. Other people that have been in the series are Liz Crowther and Annee Blott. Between 1996 and 1999 it was presented in a castle where there were the four card suites and jokers. There were two gargoyles at the front of the castle who spoke in rhyme. After megamaths ran for 3 series they decided to stop the castle idea and two presenters presented in a studio.

The Treacle People was a children's television programme shown on CITV in the United Kingdom, from 3 May 1996 to 25 July 1997. It only had two series, each with 13 episodes. In a similar vein to other shows by the same writer, the humour worked on two levels for younger and older viewers. It was produced by The London Studios for London Weekend Television and Fire Mountain Productions in association with Link Entertainment. In 2023, the series was remastered, with full episodes posted on the show's official YouTube Channel.

Zokko was a BBC television programme for children that ran on Saturday mornings between 1968 and 1970. It was devised by veteran children's TV producer Molly Cox, and featured a mixture of animations, film clips, magic and narrated cartoons. The show was named after its "presenter", a talking pinball machine which introduced the clips and then scored them in its robotic voice e.g. "Zokko, Score 7". The programme is regarded as "the first televised children's comic". Apart from a compilation of highlights, only one complete episode remains in the BBC's archives.
