Spirits

Spirits of Chun-Sam's mother and wife, who are raped and severely murdered by Rang-Son and his followers, appear to kill 4 knights. Surprised by this, the lord asks Chun-Sam to help Rang-Son to seize the ghosts. Ghosts recognize him and avoid fighting. But his wife's spirit can't tolerate longing for him and appears to him to spend one night in defiance with her mother-in-law's dissuade. Rang-Son understand the situation and tries to catch the ghosts by using Chun-Sam as a bait, but the ghosts kill his followers. As Chun-Sam finds the truth, he kills Rang-Son. When Chun-Sam builds graves for his mother and wife, two ghosts revive from death and appear in front of him

General Ttoli: 3rd Tunnel

Sug-i, a poor North Korean girl is ordered by the communists to go into the mountains and bring wild ginseng for the Red Chief. She wanders around in Mountain Geumgang, where she slips over a rock. Ttoli lives in the mountains with the wild animals and is also called Jang-gun. He saves Sug-i with his animal friends. Through Sug-i, he comes out into the world and comes to learn of his past. His parents had tried to escape from North Korea but had been arrested, and Ttoli had been abandoned. Meanwhile, with the Red Chief’s birthday approaching, communists force workers to “dig the tunnel faster,” “make a trench,” and “bring wild ginseng.” Ttoli, catches on to the communists’ plans. Together with his friends, he defeats the North Koreans who were digging the third tunnel, saves his father who was among the prisoners, and finally comes face to face with the Red Chief.

Five Fingers of Death

Do-do, who receives an order from the Tiansanjin-in to rescue the living beings who are in jeopardy, goes to Changchun, Manchuria. He delivers the command book with the blood plasma of five fingers to the villains such as Takni Gubong and Myung Rae, and a bloody battle ensues between them. On the other hand, Yeon-yeon-sim, who regards Il-do as the enemy of his deceased father, joins and joins the three old ladies, and the fight intensifies. However, the battle is engulfed in chaos as the red-faced poison ivy and the villains of the Seven Great Gates flock to the turquoise jade Gwaneum Buddha statue. In the end, Yeon Ja-sim resolves the misunderstanding about Il-do and joins Il-do to defeat the Seven Great Monks who covet the statue of the Buddha Gwaneum.

The War of Great Monsters

In the 21st century, the powerful nations of the Earth have launched into fierce competition over natural resources found on the newly discovered planet Gradioras. But each time a probe is launched to extract resources from Gradioras, monsters appear and threaten life on Earth. As Baeklim University professor Heinrich Park studies the monsters, he discovers that the monsters are receiving orders from someone through artificial brains which have been implanted in each monster. Professor Park develops a gamma ray in order to defeat the monsters, but Spectre, an international crime syndicate, has other plans. Directed by Yu-soo Yong, the film is a representative work from Korea's animation boom period.

A Woman Who Draws Cranes

Headmaster Yoon at Neungkol has four sons. The eldest son named Dong-Cheol dies at the war. Yoon adopts Yuriko, a Japanese orphan, as his daughter at 1945 Liberation. The second son named Dong-Min devotes himself to the communist ideology to quarrel with his father with the help of Won-Kyu. One day Yoon is killed with rifles by Won-Kyu, and Yun's wife adopts Keun-Shik, Won-Kyu's son, as her son. At the occurrence of 1950 Korean War, the third son named Dong-Seok becomes a policeman. The youngest son named Dong-Kuk and Keun-Shik escape to Pusan. Dong-Kuk becomes a South Korea Army's soldier, while Keun-Shik becomes a smuggler. Dong-Min is killed on the charge of a communist, while Keun-Shik becomes a millionaire. Dong-Seok kills himself at 1961 students revolution, while Keun-Shik is put in jail in 1962 military revolution.

In a Lonely Mountain Villa

When Su-Jeong lives lonely with her daughter Eun-Hee in a mountain villa, Jang Il-Hwan, who deserted her 20 years ago to succeed, appears to her. She thinks he went to study abroad but he tells her he was forced to work in a labor camp in Sakhalin by Japanese and spent a long time there. But she doesn't forgive him. While Eun-Hee loses her eyes in a fall when she is shocked as she finds Il-Hwan is her father. When the mother and daughter are in despair, somebody offers them the cornea. As soon as the operation is successfully finished, they finally know that the donator is Il-Hwan. Su-Jeong looks for Il-Hwan in grief but he already died of cancer.

A Song Everyone Wants to Sing Together

Gil-nyeo runs an inn with her young daughter Myeong-ah in a fishing village. However, her local wives agree to banish her, but she fails to convince her that it is her maiden's fault that her husbands spend her years on her drinking and gambling. One day, Jun-gi, a young man from the village, and Choi In-gyu, the owner of a salt farm, make a scheming offer to Gil-nyeo, who is collecting money like a scoundrel, to pay a large sum of money for her cockle farm. However, when it is approved as a common farm, Joon-gi frames her maiden and sends her to prison. One day, her long-daughter, who came out of her sentence, donates her belongings to the villagers who are frustrated by the failure of her cockle farming, and Joon-gi falls in love with her.
