While he is looking for In-Young, he meets Yeon-Suk, an elderly unmarried writer, who asks him to go to the sea together. But Chang-Yun runs away from her to find In-Young. When she meets Chang-Yun, In-Young tells him to go to the sea first and makes an appointment to meet Dong-Su who is about to search for her lost money in a park. However Dong-Su is chased and shot by the police and In-Young is arrested too. As Chang-Yun and Yeon-Suk , who get in an abandoned car by Dong-Su, are ran after by the police, they jump into the water without thinking of anything.

The Tang emperor is betrayed by one of his most trusted aides who is the general of all the armies. He attacks the palace to establish himself as the new emperor. The real emperor is killed and his daughter commits suicide rather than be taken prisoner.

Going to a gallery to sell her pictures, Yun-Hye meets Seong-Jin, whose father is rich. Seong-Jin introduces Yun-Hye to his family on his father's birthday. Knowing that she is a child of not communicated to leprosy, his brother forces her to give up Seong-Jin. She tries to avoid meeting Seong-Jin but finally, accepts his proposal of marriage. On the wedding day, she runs away with the help Yun-Hyeok, who is not communicated to leprosy and a singer now. By a car accident, Yun-Hyeok dies and so does Yun-Hye after giving a birth without consciousness. Seong-Jin cries and yells with the baby in his arm.

The “Sai Jhu Gong” (賽豬公, Sacred Pig Competition) is a major annual ritual associated with the Sansia Ancestor Master Temple (三峽祖師廟), held each year on the sixth day of the first lunar month. This film documents the ceremonial proceedings of the 1973 “Sai Jhu Gong” (賽豬公) observance. Dispensing with narration altogether, the film’s soundscape consists exclusively of Beiguan (北管) music and liturgical recitation (祭儀口白). In terms of audiovisual construction and thematic orientation, the work may be understood as a transitional piece within the folklore-oriented documentary practice of Chang Chao-Tang (張照堂), situated between the more conventionally structured The Homecoming Pilgrimage of Dajia Mazu (大甲媽祖回娘家, 1974) and the more formally experimental The Boat Burning Festival (王船祭典, 1979).

There's more to picture than meets the eye in this journey into oriental metaphysical imagery. Starting (in a very Christian manner) with the Word, the film draws an explosion of visible forms, as if a sign of the shattering of shapes in the mundane world. But time is cyclical, of course, and what was once a multitude of sensible realities must eventually return to the Word and, finally, to sheer Color. (Sound of Eye)

The sea around Minamata was heavily polluted with mercury during the 1950s and 1960s from the Chisso Corporation's chemical factory. This highly toxic chemical bioaccumulated in shellfish and fish in the Yatsushiro Sea which, when eaten by the local populace, gave rise to Minamata disease. The disease was responsible for the deaths and disabling of thousands of residents, all around the Yatsushiro Sea. The marine ecosystem was also extensively damaged.

At her funeral as Bae Baeng-Yi's coffin doesn't move, a shaman holds an exorcism and asks Jeong junior to soothe for her spirit and fidelity. Finally funeral service is over without problem. By the way lady Oh, who is annoyed by Bae Baeng-Yi's resented spirit, falls from a cliff to death in a half-mad state. Those who exploited illicit and superstition die out.
