“I Don’t Belong on Earth” is a heartfelt short film set in 2003 Thailand, following the story of May, a convenience store worker. The Li Women shows the situation of Chinese women by showing the stories of the Li family women. Because of the commemoration ceremony for the funeral of Li Yanjun, the head of the Li family, the women of the Li family reunited. It expresses various problems in childbirth, marriage, and studies that Chinese women encounter in different historical environments.

On the hotel bed, I showed my mom’s dinner banquet video to my boyfriend. We said nothing and kissed in the end, with our entwining shadows echoing my mother’s video images. The blue light in the storage room resembled a space in the universe, where love wandered in it, between me and him and between me and her. The next day, my mother and I drove to the beach. My mother might have already known my sexual orientation for a long time but never talked about it. Instead, she told me about the boy who fell in love with her in college. Suddenly, she disappeared while the sun was creeping down.

Part I unfolds through a role-play between myself and Suzuki-san, a rental mother, in which she performs the role of my mother and I that of her daughter. Drawing from my ethnographic research with rental mothers in Japan, the work approaches rental motherhood as a mediated site where care, intimacy, and obligation are negotiated through contracts, service protocols, and affective labour. In our conversation, I ask intimate questions: What was it like giving birth to me? What did you wish for me when I was born? Why did you leave my father?

Seek Body Contour is a movement and poetry short film, exploring trauma, healing, and reconnection through the body. The film is told through the composition of vignettes and is inspired by somatic dance practice. It is deeply concerned with how womxn of color navigate social and cultural surveillance, male validation, and a myriad of other standards and demands. The contours mentioned in the title refer to the lines that map the experiences and emotions for how womxn live in their bodies. All of the womxn who participated in the creation of the film (currently living in South Korea as foreigners) have contributed to sharing how they disturb, complicate, excite, and add weight to gendered spaces.

This film is a hand-drawn animation exploring the concept of animation through dance movements. In the meanwhile, it gives a perspective about loneliness, the inevitable isolation of the physical body as well as taking an introspective approach, through finding sources on self and self-exploration. “Sometimes the thing I've been longing for doesn't exist in places I can see, So I decided to dance.”

Animal Liberation Wave activists uncover 15 cows adjacent to an illegal dog farm and resolve to rescue them. Dubbing them "Flower Cows," they garner support through public donations, livestock farmers, and local activists, managing to temporarily shelter six of the cows at a ranch in Inje County. In their quest for a permanent home, the activists work to bridge the generational divide with the elderly residents of Sinwol Village in Inje County. Together, they embark on an ambitious project to build a cow sanctuary. Their collaborative efforts culminate in the establishment of Korea's first cow sanctuary, repurposing a closed school in Sinwol.

Will they be able to return to their own planet?

This work takes its title from that event to allude to powerful figures across eras who, though expressing different ideas, ultimately echo "Eve Clone," revealing shared ambitions. These figures are depicted as "Eve Clone," a Babylonian idol, revered yet marked by 666, combining evil and seduction, boasting before God while plotting ultimate schemes for humanity.
