Megaliths, Forgotten World

Thousands of years ago, before the Romans, before the Greeks, even before the Old Kingdom of Egypt, an unknown people erected megalithic monuments on Earth. Their works span continents and millennia, leading us to believe that they were distinct, unrelated populations. But the similarity of the techniques used, the architectural principles and the engravings and sculptures indicate a common thought. It’s by examining the astronomical alignments, the geometry and the measurements of these monuments that we can be sure that they are all part of the same culture.

Love Cruising

A docu-fiction about my trip to the American West Coast (August 2025), where I went in search of car rims that I enjoyed photographing. The sound, which I created myself, is a reading of letters I wrote to Alain.e, who stayed behind in Brittany, describing the cars I encountered, accompanied by Olga, the BMW I was driving. It's an affectionate reference to Chantal Akerman's *News From Home*. The short film opens with a series of archival images of a Virginia Woolf house that I photographed (2015). Like Alain.e, my van is my nomadic haven; it's an ironic wink. The twist lies in the VW painted by Virginia Woolf on one of her chairs, the meaning of which I subvert. I love humor, however, I have no irony whatsoever about my taste for car tuning, and queer tuning.

Sea Fragment

The choice of this site was guided more by its location and function than by the architecture of the pool and its surroundings. The building is designed to be naturally and regularly flooded by the Atlantic Ocean tides. The film incorporates natural elements like tides, wind, rain, and light. I aim to depict a harmony between the body, the site's architecture, and the powerful nature of the location. The goal is to reveal a fragile balance between humans and nature on this ever-changing coastline. The creative process was intuitive and improvised, influenced by the moment and contributions from the dancer, director, tides, and weather.
