A balloon, floating lightly above the ground, moves along the direction of the wind. The balloon drifts to wherever the wind blows, reaching out to everything it encounters. The moment the balloon and the wind meet, that place becomes a ballroom where their movements intersect. A dance takes place and is created as the balloon and the wind begin to move together.

The story revolves around me as the protagonist, reminiscing about past memories while sitting alone under a tree in front of the ice rink late at night. Feeling uncertain about the future and confused by past memories, I contemplate.

No one can define what a film is, and film history, theory, and techniques can all be changed.
