Bedroom Story

Ajit Singh returns from abroad. His mother receives him with affection. Ajit comes across a model photographer, Ravikant, and asks him to decorate his bedroom with photographs of sexy girls. Ravikant, the photographer, adorns the bedroom with photographs of Roma, one of his beautiful models. Gradually, Ajit becomes desirous and falls for this model. Eventually, he offers to marry her but she is already engaged to Ravikant and therefore, refuses. A sly Ajit offers his place up for their marriage. During the ceremony, Ajit finds a way to molest Roma. His mother sees it and intervenes, eventually ending up shooting him. Ajit haunts the couple even after his death. His desires for Roma do not change and he claims her to be his wife and haunts her. His mother and Ravikant visit saints and seek tantric aid to pacify the wicked soul of Ajit.

Ghar Ka Chiraag

Kumar is a very wealthy businessman and lives a comfortable lifestyle with his lovely wife, Asha, in a palatial house. The only thing missing from their lives is a son. When Asha gets pregnant, Kumar knows that all his dreams will be fulfilled and his business will be known as "Kumar & Son". Unfortunately, Asha has a miscarriage which results in her death as well as in the death of their son. A devastated Kumar takes to alcohol and devotes his energy and finances to a school for needy children in scenic Mussoorie. It is here he gets to meet the College Principal's daughter, Kiran, who he knows is in love with a fellow-collegian, Ravi. Ravi must now find out why Kiran's father lied to him, and whether or not Kiran wanted to marry Kumar because of his wealth.

Purandara Dasa's rhyme sakala grahabala neene sarasijaaksha (God graces each man much more than the planets ever would) is pronounced as the theme.

Achamillai Achamillai is a 1984 Indian Tamil language political satire film directed by K. Balachander. It stars Rajesh and Saritha in the lead with Pavithra, Delhi Ganesh and Charle in other prominent roles. The film deals with party switching and depicts its influence on the lives of small-time politicians. The film met with critical acclaim, winning three awards at the 32nd Filmfare Awards South, as well as the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil.

Shravana Banthu is a 1984 Indian Kannada-language romantic drama film, written and directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. The film stars Rajkumar, Urvashi and Srinath. The film, produced by P. A. Kameshwara Rao, deals with reincarnation as the subject where the lead roles get killed for their romance and then they are shown to be reborn again and fall in love yet again in the backdrop of inter-faith marriage. The dialogues and lyrics were written by Chi. Udaya Shankar. The film was received exceptionally well at the box office and was one of the biggest hits of 1984. This was the first Kannada movie to show a computer on-screen. The director remade the movie in the same year in Telugu as Vasantha Geetam.

The college students Shyam (Sanjay Dutt) and Pradeep (Mohnish Bahl) are close friends. When Shyam falls in love with beautiful Sundari (Padmini Kolhapure), Pradeep arranges for the two to meet each other, and soon Shyam and Sundari are inseparable. After a wild college party, both land in bed together, but Shyam restores their honour the next day by proclaiming his love for Sundari and that he is going to marry her. His elder brother (Ashok Kumar), however, forbids him this wedding and forces him to accept an arranged marriage with Nisha (Supriya Pathak) who long before has lost her heart out to Shyam. The latter finally gives in, not knowing that Sundari since that night is in a delicate situation. As Pradeep learns that Sundari is pregnant and in despair about Shyams treason has tried to kill herself, he takes care of her and marries her. Only after Sundari has given birth to a daughter, Pradeep reveals the truth to Shyam.
