Bombshell

Eighty years after the devastating atomic bombings that ushered in the nuclear age, Bombshell explores how the U.S. government manipulated the narrative about the atomic bombings of the Japanese cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I Was a Teenage Sex Pistol

Experience the Pistols' rise to global infamy with an honest, insightful account of a group of malcontents, determined to change the music business and to attack hypocrisy and stale conventions in society at large. Based off the novel written by Glen Matlock, one of the founding members of the Sex Pistols who co-wrote ten of twelve iconic songs on their only studio album, NEVER MIND THE BOLLOCKS. Glen describes in detail the mindset of the UK in the early 70's and divulges a mine of information; Steve's thievery, Wally Nightingale, the search for a singer, the exploding punk scene and a bleak backdrop providing a contrast to the excitement and energy of McLaren's shop. The public will now have a chance to hear the story, not just from a member of the band, but also from a man who had his contributions exceptionally downplayed.

It’s a Wonderful Night of the Living Dead

It’s a not-so-wonderful life for George Bailey when a horde of flesh-eating ghouls come to town on Christmas Eve. In this horror comedy mashup, two classic films are re-imagined as a darkly humorous fever dream. George, a frustrated businessman, navigates his night seemingly unaware of the looming threat of the undead; as Barbara, a woman from out of town, runs for her life through the streets of Bedford Falls. When George and Barbara come face to face with the living dead, they must fight to make it through the night and find their way back to their families. Through the use of traditional rotoscoping and compositing techniques, It’s a Wonderful Life and Night of the Living Dead (both in the public domain) have been woven together to create this twisted love letter to the original films.

Liminal

Liminal is a hazy recollection of a lost girl turning thirty, suspended in the in-between spaces. At its heart, it’s about female friendship: that singular bond that can anchor us through the chaos of identity, time, and transformation. Beneath the film’s dreamlike surface is a quieter question about what keeps us here, what reminds us to hold on. In Liminal, friendship becomes not just a source of beauty, but a lifeline — a reminder that even in the most fragile moments, connection can tether us to life itself.

Dys-Sympathetic

A dejected man living in Los Angeles limps through a prolonged break-up and the distractions in the aftermath. Brian Follmer directs “Dys-Sympathetic,” a satirical featurette poking at casual sex, casual romance, and the emotional deterioration of it all. Tyler waits for his ex-girlfriend, Zoe, at a bar. We listen to his train-of-thought in the form of narration. He thinks about all the fake food he’s recently eaten and considers what he'll say about himself on his new Tinder profile. After hooking up once again, Tyler and Zoe try returning to “no-contact.” As Tyler begins a numbing, sex-induced bender, Zoe comes by his apartment, wanting more and sharing the news that she’s pregnant. Tyler acquires abortion pills, and the two experience it together at his place.
