About Diamant

The Hammaguir site became the main launch base of the French space program, equipped with advanced tracking systems. After years of testing with Véronique, Saphir, and Émeraude rockets, including animal experiments such as Félicette the cat, the Diamant program reached maturity. Development was shared between the Laboratoire de recherches balistiques et aérodynamiques and Saint-Médard-en-Jalles. The Diamant rocket was assembled in November 1965 and successfully launched on November 26, marking France’s entry into space.

On voit bien qu'c'est pas toi

Prepared and shot with a group of young workers, schoolchildren, the unemployed, etc., in a neighborhood of Le Havre, On voit bien qu'c'est pas toi inaugurates a series of "collective" films, in a neighborhood of Le Havre, On voit bien qu'c'est pas toi inaugurates a series of "collective" films, inspired by the impetus of 1968, which helped to make our filmmaking activity (somewhat) better known. The young people chose the documentary form to show their lives as they wanted them to be seen, that is, on a daily basis, in their premises, at work, on the town, with their families, on wild camping trips... In this way, they drew up a precise and detailed self-portrait of a milieu hitherto almost totally absent from the screens.

Cinemalgie

Long before Woody Allen, the author sends his character onto the screen, where he ends up in the hands of mystical surgeons, revealing himself to be a movieman undergoing an intricate spiritualist montage. It is not the intestines that emerge from his abdominal cavity, but skeins of film. For cinephiles of new generations, this is a truly encyclopedic sketch about the technology of cinematic nature. Double exposure reprises; silhouettes in the negative (meaning not a bad mood, but a film original); editing with barbaric scissors – the character on the screen loses half of the body; there are gastric wastes in the form of a silent movie film with a silent hero.
