In Osaka, a family sets up shop in Tsuruhashi. In a Nakano Village divided by a clash between local pig bristle brush manufacturers and the village chief's group over factory expansion, the latter resorts to harassing the brush manufacturers associated with the Wadakura family. Tadayoshi and the villagers attempt to take on the village office but encounter opposition from the Wadakura family's interference. Meanwhile, Jinzuke finds himself at odds with the Wadakura family over territorial disputes in Tsuruhashi. He faces off against them, striving to thwart their factory plans...

This film is set during the Japanese occupation of China circa WWII. In it, the Japanese occupiers (and the Chinese Quislings who work for them) are portrayed as total monsters who kill children and rape all women. The heroes are resistance fighters who oppose the occupation.

To his dismay, he learns that the brother has been killed in a sword duel with one Chu Yen Jieh. The grief-stricken prodigal blubbers in mourning and vows revenge."

The third film in the Kanto Street Peddlers series. Sugawara still plays the same Kanto street peddler, who this time ventures to Osaka where he defends a blind girl at a street market. Mako and Mayumi's lesbian show was a big hit, and the venue was packed to capacity again today. After the show, Mako and her gigolo Kumada were relieved by the positive reception, and when they got home they entangled their bodies, but once they were done, they started talking about the show as usual. Kumada started saying that he was getting bored of Mako and Mayumi's lesbian show, which only involved using her fingers, and that he wanted to stop...

cutthroat battle for supremacy ignites within the Lung clan when its master breathes his last and one of his students uses a fiendish technique to gain control by crippling his only real rival, Hung Ching Lei (Feng Ku). Dejected, Ching Lei drowns his sorrows in alcohol till he meets a trio of disabled men, and they team up to take on their mutual nemesis.

Lesser, but still modestly entertaining sequel. Wakayama is wonderfully bastardly here, but has to do without Chicago bros. Yamashiro & Watanabe and the film is just that much less fun. It's also a little bogged down by an out-of-place environmental message. In return one does get Willie Dorsey (who would go on to lose his balls in The Street Fighter) in a rather big role as Capone's right hand man. There's a legion of other gaijin as well, Osman Yusuf among them of course. The rating could be a notch higher on a good day.
