Arditurri

The Arditurri mines closed in 1984. Nineteen years have passed since then, and several groups of cavers and researchers have set out to explore their interior with the aim of assessing their condition and evaluating a possible reopening. Among them are Ander and Ibai. Ander is in charge of descending into the deepest and darkest areas of the mine, while Ibai provides technical assistance from a higher level, maintaining radio contact and monitoring for any anomalies. But as Ander ventures deeper into the abandoned galleries, communication begins to fail, the silence becomes oppressive, and the environment increasingly hostile. He will soon discover that in the bowels of the earth there is not only darkness and ruin, but something else... something that has been waiting too long in solitude. What seemed like a routine exploration mission will turn into a struggle for survival. Because down there, in the depths, true terror awaits him.

Plastico

In Almeria Province in Spain, a sea of plastic sheeting covers the land creating the the largest collection of greenhouses in the world. The invernaderos (as they are called in Spanish) cover upwards of 150 square miles and are visible by the naked eye from space. A large proportion of Europe's vegetables and fruit is intensively farmed here. A huge amount of plastic waste is created each year, estimated to be more than 30000 tons. These hot houses are staffed by an army of African migrants working in extreme heat conditions in the summer months.

Maldito niño

How does a child know that he is actually a tree?, How does a tree know in which child he will reincarnate? They say that before a tree dies, he visits his family in dreams. A film story "found footage", of found footage, which questions the limits of archival material. A piece created from images that document the history of Spanish colonization during 1926 and 1930 in Equatorial Guinea. The nitrate emulsions of the film are released from their original political function. And the traces of colonial Equatorial Guinea of 1926-1930 are recycled with poetic justice, far from extractivist logics. Decipher the enigma of the "other", of the absolutely different.
