Inspired by Star Wars a year earlier, the director, along with fellow members of the “Fantastic Film Kids” in Seikei Senior High School Film Research Society, who were getting noticed for their various genre endeavors, created a short film that could be considered a science fiction blockbuster of the time.

At a high school steeped in sexual depravity, the boundaries between students and teachers become too blurred. Male students steal kisses from female teachers, and the principal even arranges for his friend—a perverted doctor—to conduct body inspections on the female students, resulting in utter chaos. One day, after escorting an inebriated, beautiful teacher home, a male teacher turns into a "pickup guy" and ends up assaulting her in front of her beloved cat. Meanwhile, male high school students get involved with a nurse at a hospital run by the perverted doctor—again, with her pet cat watching—and later they even throw orgy parties at their homes with female students. As a result, pubic lice infestations break out among the students, and, inexplicably, the teachers become afflicted as well. Thus, the pubic lice debacle erupts! Who is the culprit behind this mayhem?

Otama is a 19 yrs old geisya who was born under a fisherman’s house. Her regular customer, Kuroda, a lieutenant general, has sex with Otama in front of his wife Kane. Kane turns her face away. Being mad at Kane, Kuroda kills her and puts the blame on Otama. Otama gets humiliated and killed by a policeman. A farmer’s daughter, Omitsu, is sold to Cyobei, an owner of a brothel, and gets awful torture from the policeman. Time passed by and Omitsu’s daughter, Omiyo, approaches Chobei to revenge the policeman.

Soon after, an autopsy by the police revealed the identity of the woman. A few days later, the woman's lover, Ueda, calls Nogami demanding that he keep quiet.

In a castle town in Oshu, the tyrannical Hikoemon Nomura keeps his second wife, Otoku, confined indoors. When Hikoemon’s brother Seijirō tries to assault Otoku and is stopped by the servant Jihei, he accuses them of an affair. Enraged, Hikoemon blinds Jihei and kills Otoku. Surviving, Jihei swears revenge and reappears seven years later at the Tone River crossing.

In Hokkaido, Kunigama. Reiko (Akagi) met Katsura, on a quiet and lonely late autumn evening, before the harsh and fierce winter was to come. Reiko was 21 years old, working for a small mobile theater troupe. She knew from the beginning that Katsura had a wife and children. Katsura's relationship with Reiko, half openly and half secretly, was partly due to and partly an excuse for his wife, Akiko (Kusabi),'s infidelity. Reiko was always honest with her heart. She became friends with Katsura's daughter and even made friends with Akiko.

Japanese horror television movie from 1978.

Cruel Famine Continent documents the Great Sahelian drought in West Africa and its effect on the people. The production was an attempt to pivot Toei's output from yakuza films and Toei Porn towards "global issues" and "whatever makes money", as stated by then-Toei president Shigeru Okada. Theatrical proceeds were to be shared as relief funds through the Japanese Red Cross, though the box office returns are unknown. Footage shot for the documentary by Yoshimitsu Banno would later be reused in the 1974 Toho production Prophecies of Nostradamus.

Film adaptation of Yu Nakano's popular graphic novel serialized in Manga Bon magazine. A young beautician who works at a hairdresser's salon in the countryside dreams of becoming a first-class hairdresser. To follow her dream she goes to Tokyo to work as an apprentice stylist at a TV station.

Through Eriko's self-imposed life cycle, the meticulous camera captures the everyday sense of life in the city of Osaka, which should be the center of the story. The tasteful direction shows us the interaction between the rational discipline of the young man who happens to meet Eriko and her intuitive senses. The composition of the film is brilliant, as if a casual description can be traced back and brought to life when it is related to a later scene.

ĀTMAN is a visual tour-de-force based on the idea of the subject at the centre of the circle created by camera positions (480 such positions). Shooting frame-by-frame the filmmaker set up an increasingly rapid circular motion. ĀTMAN is an early Buddhist deity often connected with destruction; the Japanese aspect is stressed by the devil mask of Hangan, from the Noh, and by using both Noh music and the general principle of acceleration often associated with Noh drama.

He falls in love with Chigusa, the woman who gives him the opportunity to hit the jackpot at the bicycle race track, but his hopes are dashed. Then, at a hormone restaurant in Kamagasaki, he has a wild time with a glamorous lustful wife while her husband is away. He quickly becomes one with the locals. He tries his hand at various sleazy and shady businesses with them, but his business doesn't go well, as he attracts the attention of the local yakuza. At this point, he coincidentally reunites with Chigusa in town. However, Chigusa is the mistress of the yakuza boss, and things take a turn for the worse...

A fire safety anime involving animals in an anime village. It teaches how to use electrical appliances and what to look out for so that electrical fires do not occur. The anime was commissioned by the Japan Insurance Association, as at the time Japan's economic miracle was rapidly changing the average life of a Japanese citizen. Families who used to live in a simple wooden home suddenly had the luxuries of TV, refrigerators, kotatsu, rice cookers, etc. Unfortunately the rapid progression left a gap of ignorance which led to many fires most commonly from leaving heat-generating products unattended as well as overloading sockets.

Using the system of academy leader: 10 to 1, the film replaces the number to white space with bip sound (clear leader) gradually until it reaches to complete white.
