THE iDOLM@STER Master Movie was released on September 27th, 2006 at the price of ￥5,500 by Columbia Music Entertainment. The video features live footage of the THE IDOLM@STER 1st ANNIVERSARY LIVE (which was held at Studio Coast on July 23rd, 2006), and a documentary that includes "LESSON SCENES", "SCENE Rehearsals", and cast interviews. All of the songs performed were in their "M@STER VERSIONS". The video is split into sections that correspond with the songs, with each section focusing on the idol and performer who own the image song. While Juri Takita does not appear in the concert, she does appear in the bonus track dramas. Rie Kugimiya was featured in the interview portions of the songs she was featured in. However, her face is not shown during any concert performances due to restrictions from her management at the time. Because of this, Mahou o Kakete! and Here we go!!, though performed as "M@STER VERSIONS", only had small portions of the performances featured on the DVD.

"Phantom TV: Mika's House" is a streaming site where you can peek into the private life of a very sexy woman (Mika: Kotono), and if you answer a quiz correctly, you can actually meet Mika! Yuichi was one of those searching for the site, and luckily he managed to find it, he won the quiz and received an invitation to Mika's house. The quiz continues until only one person remains to meet Mika. Yuichi also puts on a mask. When Yuichi takes off his mask, he finds his friend Takashi standing before him. The final question requires you to go behind the curtain, point a pistol at your head, and pull the trigger, but Takashi does not return to the room. What is behind the curtain? And what is the purpose of this game?

aka Aquarian Age: The Movie, is based on the popular Japanese CCG (that's collectable card game, for you gaming neophytes), Aquarian Age. The movie represents the transition between the game's first and second Sagas and seems to have been made primarily for fans of the card game, so familiarity with the basic story and characters is assumed. Those watching the movie without first reading the background info in the included booklet are going to be totally lost about what's going on, as the movie begins right in the middle of the climatic battle which wraps up the first Saga. Though it uses the same organizations as the Aquarian Age TV series, the movie does not seem to be directly related to the TV series in any way. (I cannot absolutely confirm this, however, since I only ever saw the first few episodes of the TV series.)

Set at a solitary house in the middle of the desolate, country-side, the relaxed tempo and off-hand humor are impressive despite the themes of parent-progeny conflict and reconciliation that unfold in the film.
