Following the 2011 nuclear disaster, the Oura family was forced to evacuate their home in Namie-cho, Fukushima Prefecture. Several years later, their eldest daughter Miran, who had moved to Tokyo, began filming her family because she wanted to scrutinize the concept of being considered “disaster survivors.” Amidst shifting familial relations—gradually revealed to the viewer—and the continual shock of the realities they confront, each family member is seen groping for their own “road home.”

All spiritual phenomena are cause and effect. Those who have been consumed by negative karma. Those who are caught up in the karma of others and wander in darkness. They still cannot be exorcised, but appear as retribution to those who have the same negative karma. This collection of images is a compilation of images of the spiritual phenomena that have been recorded and handed to us to be verified as the retribution of karma. Those who feel the karma of this collection of images must be equally possessed by the same karma.

A Jewish man in Tokyo named Joni Waka, who used to call himself "Johnnie Walker", is the model of a character in Haruki Murakami's novel Kafka on the Shore. Joni Waka also claims that he is the only Jew left in Japan descending from the old Jewish families in the country: a self-proclaimed outsider, a mythomaniac, a homosexual, and the natural center of every party. Confronted with a social pressure, he seems to ignore dominating norms and morals while using his outside position as a henna gaijin (the "strangest stranger") as a space of freedom to stage his life and create an everyday comedy.

Fukushima used to be a wonderful place. Unfortunately, since March 11, 2011, "Fukushima" has been superseded by another name: Nuclear Disaster Zone. Six years have passed, but over 80,000 Fukushima residents still cannot return home, still cannot return to their former lives. How did they get through it? Reconstruction work is slow. Several years on, surrounding the site of the Fukushima nuclear incident, there remain many refuge-seeking residents whose homes are still in lockdown. In the streets, people are taking it to their own hands to save their communities. Psychologically and practically, how does one rebuild? Does the civil society's self-rescue mission conclude in recovering what was lost, or in reviving an even better community? In their eyes, what is "revival"? What is the meaning of "rebirth"? Our crew went all over the coastal areas of Fukushima, recording stories of residents each finding their own ways to save themselves.

Kyogen performer Nomura Mansai's speciality, Sanbaso, is said to be the oldest form of Shinto ritual in Japan's performing arts. On the occasion of his 50th birthday, Mansai took up the challenge of fusing tradition and technology with the help of media artist Daito Manabe and others to see how he could delve deeper into this "Sanbaso" and see if a new form of expression was possible. The programme will take up the challenge of fusing tradition and technology. The programme follows the trajectory of the project and explores the roots of what "Sanbaso" is all about.

"愛夢GLTOKYO" is a 6-member idol group. If they could not gather 250 people at their live concert, they would camp at the Sea of Trees! Even though, he meets his cousin, friends and new people, he always feels empty and lonely. And his desire to meet her is getting stronger. The year changes though, his situation doesn't change. She calls him that she is going to Spain. He decides to go to Spain. On his way, he is having a good time with people by listening their stories. But he can't stop thinking about her. He increasingly gets tired and mad at her. Unluckily he lose everything he has because of a swindler. And he calls her again...

The storyteller Shûhei Shimada who has experienced many horror stories, performs the "Ultimate Ritual of Terror" with a total of 100 people at a "haunted place of terror" where a psychiatric ward is said to have once existed.

"A couple with some issues has just moved into the town. Driving through the town, they saw many “weird” people from a car window. They began to wonder why they had decided to come to this place. They stepped in an old Chinese restaurant and...? This is a story about the "Disgraced Heaven" for the failures, a only utopia in a hellhole." -UMMMI.

In Ishinomaki, Miyagi, a mother and child wander around the city looking for each other.

This is the third installment of a collection of psychic videos that have been sealed away because they are too dangerous.
