And the one who manages not to lose all this, but to retain and preserve it, gains a chance for immortality. And nothing less is worth living for.

However, memories can be supplemented by a recorded chronicle or photographs. This documented memories can diverge from the ones left in your head. What if they differ too much? Does any of this turn out to be a lie?

The film is about the treatment of depression in a psychiatric hospital adjacent to a prison in Russia.
