A man meets a woman outside a mountain house. Suddenly the man wakes up and finds himself in his apartment, in Turin of 2046, where technology has taken over human relations.

This documentary is about Ukrainian demonstrations in Milan against the war in Ukraine. A group of people have gone to protest every day since the war began (24 February 2022). Sometimes they do different performances or flash mobs so they can have a chance to be more viral and let people know what is going on in their country.

Memories of super8 film found in my grandparents' basement, revived through successful organic manipulation with chemical experiments using fruit and vegetable scraps, the favourite of my Grandmother (Marigold, Red Cabbage, Blueberries, Peony, Red Roses) The sound was obtained from old avant-garde poems that my grandmother used to record, re-processed with the use of a magnetophone.

These are both fade out images from an epoch already disappeared during the last century: images that continue to live in this timeless place, infusing a feeling of eternal present.

Little Francesca grows up surrounded by ghosts. She lives with them, observes them and draws them. Her daily life runs parallel to the world around her: a mother, a brother, a boyfriend and the precariousness of their presence. But what evil do these ghosts symbolise, as they remain there, becoming increasingly real?

On a cold winter night, a snow storm rages outside the window. While the window is open and slowly twirls the curtains of the room, a young woman is laying in bed and with a glassy gaze seems to look into nothingness, lost in her thoughts, more and more convinced of what she is about to do. When she regains control of her body, she gets up and goes to the window. In the seconds before her fall, a vision of her in a dream becomes real: the woman relives the encounter with her inner demon, the personification of that suffering that is causing her to commit suicide.

The short film "Comgiova" is the result of a four-day experience that director Simone Rovellini spent at the Conegliano Youth Community Association. During this short period of time, he gained access to the community's activities and produced an unfiltered portrait of it through interviews with the operators and the young people, who in the process also became authors of the soundtrack. The result is a video that stems from a shared desire to tell those young people who are being contemplated to enter the community what it means to face a therapeutic path.
