Sunday Without Love

Sunday Without Love is inspired by a mid-twentieth century postcard that lives on Kjartansson’s fridge depicting a scene of people wearing matching folk costumes in a nameless location and, incongruously, one of them holding a jazz guitar. Kjartansson, along with nine other performers, donned outfits to mimic this postcard and performed a fragile chorus on repeat in a similar idyllic, pastoral setting. In a confluence of references from classical pastoral painting to traditional romantic ballads, the film evokes a portrait of unrequited love as well as a Buddhist sense of acceptance. the art of boredom

'the art of boredom' is an improvised, surrealist psychological featurette that captures a raw, 41-minute existential crisis of the mind. Released in May 2025, the film follows Main Character (MC), an individual deeply disillusioned with waking reality who discovers a surreal inner sanctuary known as the "Dream State." Within this trippy, heavily color-graded landscape, MC encounters personified mental forces: the confrontational entity Boredom, the enticing presence of Creativity, and a stern Dream-like Therapist. As MC grows increasingly obsessed with the absolute freedom of this subconscious realm, his presence begins to disturb the balance of the dream world, sparking a tense internal conflict over where he truly belongs.

The Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justice

“The Eastman Dilemma: Lawfare or Justice” addresses a critical pain point: the growing reality that attorneys who represent conservative clients are being unfairly targeted and “canceled” by a legal system as it grows increasingly politically biased. There is growing evidence that a two-tiered justice system has emerged, where conservative figures face severe penalties for actions that receive leniency if committed by non-conservatives. This injustice not only threatens the integrity of the legal profession but also undermines public confidence in the impartiality of the courts, creating a chilling effect on legal advocacy and free speech. The film aims to expose and challenge these disparities, advocating for equal treatment under the law regardless of political affiliation.
