For around fifteen years, I have been filming a forest of imburana de cambão trees that has been progressively disappearing, located on the border between the states of Bahia and Pernambuco. The visual saturation created through image overlaps and the division of the screen into three parts fosters the emergence of a particular rhythm, in which pulsating texts impose other forms of escape.The gradual disappearance of this forest echoes texts evoking the consequences of climate change, while also inscribing fire and logging as human acts contributing to this impoverishment.The basis of this film was the installation of the same name presented as part of an exhibition at the Frans Krajcberg Space in 2025. The film is denser. The imburanas de cambão burst into flames as the sertão turns into desert.

After each pill, I feel much better in my own skin". This movie shows their daily life, their struggles and protests in a world where ignorance becomes oppression and hate: in a word transphobia.

José Costa is a Brazilian ghost writer. Returning from a ghost writers convention his airplane is rerouted to Budapest. His life is also rerouted when he meets Krista and with her help, learns "the only language in the world which, according to the tongue-wagers, the devil respects.

The film portrays the trajectory and life of the “Agudá” people today. This is a group of descendants of Africans enslaved in Brazil, who returned to their homeland with the end of slavery, and also descendants, Brazilian and Portuguese, of slave traffickers, who settled in that region of Africa in the 18th and XIX. Present in Benin and Togo, the “agudás” assimilated the surname and part of the culture of their masters.

Father Julio Lancellotti tells the story of Marino, a transmasculine person who lived in the sixth century, in Lebanon, and who, after his death, was canonized as Santa Marina, considered, by progressive sectors of the Catholic church, the protector of gender identity.
