This documentary chronicles a yearlong layoff process at Hyundai Motors Co., a leading automotive group in Korea, as laborers were forced to give up their job in the midst of Korea's economic crisis. Images of workers departing their beloved factory makes us aware of Hyundai's method of structural adjustment.
