In a burnt laboratory, he uses the golden horn to locate the germ formula. Despite the heroics, Tanaka's gang is pursued once again by Martin, Daniel and Simon. Tanaka finally gets the formula but it is shot from his hand again. The ghostly image floods Tanaka's mind and he is left laughing in an insane heap.

Upon becoming Prince Regent, the bellicose Lord Biu of Wu sends commander-general Si Ching-wan to rage wars between the Zhao and Chen Kingdoms. The compassionate general answers the pleading of the Chen princess, Fung-ming, to sign a treaty of peace. The lord dispatches the valiant fighter Lui Chen-sing to Chen on an assassination mission, but the assassin is vanquished. Si prevails on Lui of his patriotism. Lord Biu fights Chen. In a dire attempt to redeem Chen, Si surrenders to the Wu camp. Lui pretends to have blinded Si to extricate him. The duo ally with a band of chivalrous fighters to overturn the corrupt regime. Dispossessed of his throne, Biu commits suicide. Si returns to his land to serve as an aide to the young king and marry Fung-ming.

Wai (Tiny Gary) is a film school graduate who has lost everything in post-1997 Hong Kong. Out of despair and anger, the cynical young man decided to live entirely off government allowance, leading a lonely, trashy life in a rented room of 100 square feet. Seven years have passed in a blink. This fateful year, Wai meets Mainland prostitute Mei (Gloria Poon) and the two begin living together in his tiny room. With his growing affection for Mei, Wai risks smuggling illegal drugs into China in order to earn some fast money for a better life with her.

The last Vietnamese refugee camp in Hong Kong was shut down in 2000, leaving a big group of refugees living on the streets. Some of them chose to live under the flyovers in Shum Shui Po. 2 or 3 things abt the bridge is a documentary short film on the Vietnamese migrant community that congregates under the Shum Shui Po flyover, in one of the poorest areas of Hong Kong.

Casting a sword with one's bare hands may sound like a crazy idea to many in the high-tech, digital 21st Century, but not to Fung, a stock broker, who welcomes the assigned task that bears special meaning. When Fung is bequeathed a tattered notebook by his father Lang on his deathbed, his life is turned upside down. Tasked with a heavy undertaking, Fung has to think and look out of the box before rolling up his sleeves to forge the sword. Through the tedious process of annealing and tempering, grinding and cutting, he begins to contemplate the meaning of casting a sword, and of the elusive father and son relationship.
