The film consists almost entirely of an interview with the elderly He Fengming, recounting her experiences in post-1949 China.

The short film captures the memory of an apartment and its surroundings: a young adult man lives his daily life, a journalist interviews a retired novelist who grapples with the idea of the end of the world, and two young boys searching for portals. Three storylines intertwine as the film progresses.

Taiwan's most glamorous screen couple, Ko Chun-Hsiung and Chang Mei-Yao, co-star in "Fallen Petals", a romance with the unique setting of Taiwan during World War II, when the island was a colony of Japan. Ko is drafted into the Japanese army and forced to leave his pregnant girlfriend behind. When he is presumably killed in action, Chang becomes a cabaret girl to support their baby. Thanks to director Pan Lei's sensitive scenario, the dramatic outcome is far from predictable.

Respectable Police Commissioner Josephine reinvestigates an insignificant murder case of a 11 years old girl. The murderer is the mother of the victim, Becky. Under intense interrogation, Becky refused to admit that she knew all along that her boyfriend was raping her little daughter at home. The harsh interrogation drives Becky into killing herself. What is the truth that the raging Commissioner is trying to find out? What is the seemingly defenseless mother hiding? Or is she acually telling the truth? Is the phrase, "A woman is born to give her body to men." the whole truth?

Painter Wang Zijian is saved from drowning by Aying, the daughter of a fishing folk. Their relationship becomes an intimate one. When Wang's father presses him to marry his boss's daughter Du Jiazhen, he runs away in defiance. Du sows discord between the lovers and drives Aying insane. Wang returns hoping to remedy the harm done to Aying but is too late to save her from drowning herself in the sea.

On the 50th day after his wife died unexpectedly, Ji-Hong finds her bedroom door mysteriously locked. Believing the spirit of his wife is trapped within, he struggles to comfort her by mending his estrangement from their daughter.

A newlywed couple has trouble spending the night together on their wedding night because of a series of obstacles involving a toy dog, the police, plain clothes detectives and jewel thieves.

Vagabond singer Ali is embroiled in a dispute over love and is compelled to return to his own country. Ali is mistaken for the future queen's consort and chances to meet her majesty Law Yee. Law falls head over heels for Ali and they get married not long after. However, Ali finds royal formalities unbearable and decides to run away from the palace. Disregarding all rules, Law follows her man to wherever he goes.

Sung Chi Yu has been happily married for 10 years but has kept a secret from her husband Chi Hung and step-daughter Lai Kei: she is a transwoman. Everything falls apart when her husband discovers this secret. Meanwhile, Lai Kei develops her first emotions for love towards her male classmate Ghiu Ling Fung but he is hiding his own battle with gender identity. Since childhood, he has dared to think and behave like a girl but never dared to reveal it to his religious and conservative family who tell him to act like a man. In his teenage years he finds himself exploring the notion of love and identity with the help of an imaginary ideal feminine image named Rose. She springs from his heart and walks by his side through many hardships. Both Chi Yu and Ling Fung will have to overcome the prejudice of others to find happiness in themselves.

“Ambivalence means… nothing has happened, but you remember everything.” Another coming-of-age story about youngsters who are always desperate for but also afraid of falling in love, director Heiward Mak (High Noon, Ex, Diva) continues to examine the ambivalence of youthful love like an autopsy in this episodic adventure among a group of twenty-something. These characters might be a bunch of losers in love who are searching for self-esteem and recognition, but what make these intertwining tales relevant today are not just the pain and longing, but also the bittersweet memories and emotional growth of Hong Kong’s post-90s generation.

During the anti-Japanese war, truck driver Lee Sing's secret mission is to transport weapons and supplies for the resistance fighters. Sing has to deliver a signal gun to guerrillas at ten on that night for launching an attack against the Japanese soldiers. He works for the Ko's family and he has to send the gun to the provincial city to prevent it from being bombed. Sing carries on his vehicle a group of passengers including a Chinese traitor, a guerilla, a compassionate nurse, a comfort woman on the run, a teacher and his pregnant wife. Sing is given a hard time by the Japanese troops on the road. The Japanese ransack the vehicle and they find the signal gun. All the males on board are being interrogated with torture, but the passengers pool their efforts to subdue the traitor and accomplish their mission.

A short film that originally played before showings of "Heroes Two" - in which Fu Sheng, Chen Kuan Tai and Chi Kuan-Chun demonstrate different techniques of Hung boxing.

Sojourning in Macau, Su Erning by chance helps Pan Meiniang resuscitate his younger brother and fends off the thug. In her admiration, Pan calls off the engagement arranged by her mother to exchange vows with Su despite having known him for only three days. To raise the money for the wedding, Su plans to sell his family yacht to the rich wife of his classmate Lu Zuhua in Hong Kong and promises to buy Pan a pearl necklace. The promiscuous Mrs Lu seduces Su on the yacht and then dumps him. 18 years later, Pan's daughter is getting married. Su prepares a wedding gift—a stolen pearl necklace—for the bride but is too ashamed to show himself.

Cheung framed Chan For. Chan orders his wife not to tell this to their children, Ah Lan and Hung. His wife passes away. On her deathbed, she asked a neighbour, To Chung-man, to take care of her children. Claiming to be a good friend of their father, Chan For moves in to the bed next to Ah Lan to take care of his children. Hung likes this uncle because he always treats him generously. But Ah Lan finds "Uncle For" weird and enthusiastic. Ah Lan is forced to pay her mother's debt. Hung is suffering from acute appendicitis. To solve Ah Lan's financial problem, Chung-man returns to his rich family and accept an arranged marriage. Ah Lan decides to sell herself to the construction site foreman for one night. Chan For wants to stop his daughter from making this deal, so he agrees to work for Cheung again. The next day he carries out a robbery and is caught. Ah Lan and Chung-man visit him in jail, and hold their wedding ceremony in front of him. He looks forward to the days when he returns.

Ms Chan, a social worker who has just returned to work, receives her first case. She pays a visit to Jia, a single elderly who seems to have accidentally dialled the Care-on-Call Service. Jia has suspicious bruises on his face and Ms. Chan senses a possible family abuse situation. However, Jia’s attitude is unwelcoming and he sends her off right away. Since then, a series of peculiar events make Ms. Chan question her own sense of reality and sanity.

Choo died in South America and left a legacy of US Dollars two million to the younger daughter, Pei Fun, of his old friend Chang in Hongkong. The second beneficiary in the will, should Pei Fun die, was Nana, the young widow. Nana returned to Hongkong and conspired with her lover Johnny to wrest the fortune from the Chang family...

An imaginative scientific movie offers room of reflection. In a futuristic world, everything sticks to “rules”. Operators monitor same computers and do routine work as they are told to; nothing more, nothing less. On the other end, an imprisoned young man repeatedly kills himself in a single cell. This man turns to be a “bug” which might endanger the whole “system”. One day, the suicide programme is activated again, and operator Alpha is called to take care of it. Things lost control all of a sudden and Alpha is seized. Infected and reprogrammed, is life all about endless trials and errors?

Memories of his four-year journey focused on the Hong Kong protests. Narrated in the first person, is rich with reflections and contemplations, most intertwined with feelings of guilt.

When a city becomes less accessible and appealing, is intergalactic immigration the only solution? A young couple comes on board a spaceship to reach their utopia. There had been both subtle and crude instances of suppressions, mostly to establish dominance, from the authority which they endured with determination. However, the theft of an important literature “Book of Flock” turned their voyage into upheavals and jeopardized their dreams. Though stylish in a futuristic tone, the fable may be as timeless as the message conveyed in the “Book of Flock”: the sadly familiar tactics by the totalitarian authority to fool the people and suppress their free will.

Actress and dancer Hana is becoming a reluctant star while finishing her studies, Dave is doggedly pursuing his dance dreams and Leung is busy with online influencer work, and their pal Heyo is dallying with mainstream success as a rapper. But tension arrives as they and the rest of their crew are asked to promote an urban renewal project.

The Sword of Bushido tells the story of ex-Navy SEAL Zac Connors and his journey to learn the fate of his grandfather, who mysteriously disappeared days after the end of World War 2, with a legendary stolen Japanese sword in his possession. With the help of a stunningly sexy computer analyst (who he ends up sleeping with, the suave dog), he learns that his grandfathers' plane crashed somewhere on the outskirts of Thailand.

The plot is about a bloodthirsty lord called Pi Hao who have young girls kidnapped to satisfy his lusty desires. He orders the killing of Shao Shao, one of the young girls, and his henchmen burry her body in the forest. Her sister Sho Kown goes after her and - as the two sister were very much look-alike - Pi Hao send his men to check the place where the body is buried. But the grave is empty and all the men who were sent to burry it are found dead...
