This poignant film explores the human condition and the universal longing for love, acceptance, and connection.

In December of 1937 two young girls aged 9 and 4, May and August, lived blissfully with their parents in Nanjing. Unfortunately, the outbreak of the war totally changed their lives. May's parents were killed by the Japanese soldiers, and the girls taken to a refugee camp. Once May's uncle learned of the tragedy, he retrieved the two girls from the camp. Lily Ho and Jimmy Lin Chong operate a travel agency specializing in Southeast Asian holidays, Tropicana Interlude. Lin Chong wears his trademark Nehru suits, tours the scenic sights of Malaysia and Singapore, and warbles a half-dozen hit tunes, making this one of Shaw Brothers most lively 1960’s musical romances.

Sam (Catman) and Gus are back to work in this movie. With Cheever dead, his old gang needs a new leader, so by having some random people beat each other up, they discover this big tall guy who only wears fatigues and seems to be strong so they make him the leader. Later on, some CIA agent finds out that some woman affiliated with the Cheever gang has a nuclear starter or something and will only give it up for a lot of money. Sam and Gus then go on a mission to get it back and save the world. Like the first in the "Catman" series, this movie also includes various scenes of Asian people beating each other up for no real reason. In this movie, the Asian guys actually speak of Cheever at one point (providing a minor link between the two plots), but that's really about it.

When Kang Shi-baek's head was about to be cut off, two of the masters Mok-ryun show up and rid of Hwang-baek group. Chon-ryong matches against and beats Hwang-baek and leaves with Chung-chung.

To recreate this message, director and animator Step C. developed a new surreal style that combines live action with animation, building a realm that blurs the boundaries between reality and dreams.

Love knows no limits in the grand period romance, Lady Jade Locket. A young fighter inadvertently falls for the spirit of a beautiful woman, who died years earlier avenging her own father's murder. The beautiful ghost is in fact the sister of his fiancee. Experienced as an actor in many such romances, director Yen Chuan keeps the tone perfect. Plus, with period specialist Li Li-hua in the lead and the attractive and acclaimed Li Ching playing the ghost girl, he really can do no wrong.

Sony has released Faye Wong's Live Hong Kong concert on to a double CD album and DVD. Faye's spectrums of songs are all on display. Faye performs many of her hits from over the years, some with new arrangements. Faye also surprised her fans and performs two English covers, Blondie's Hearts of Glass and Burt Bacharach's The Look of Love. Faye's English is quite good, as she had studied in the States in her early years. The songs were really a great treat. Maybe she is hinting of things to come for all her fans. Hopefully the Queen of Pop will crossover and do an English cover for her oversea fans. Faye is one of the most creative and experimental female artists in all of Asia. With over 30 musical songs, Faye mesmerized her audience with her electrifying and passionate performance. You can see her fans at the concert were in awe as they sat silent listening to Faye's amazing voice. She sang many of her top hits including Dream Lover, Sky, Brink of Love and Pain, Cold War, and Date.
