One rainy afternoon, the sound of a vendor calling out "Fix your screen windows, screen doors - Install new glass!" summoned this daydream. I traveled with the repairman to Toad Mountain in search of the maiden he so vividly described. But the houses here had long crumbled into ruin.

The documentary sees actor Yumoto Yuma guide the viewers through hide’s last moments and the documentary features footage taken on the day before his death, the first time it’s been seen publicly. We also see Yumoto travel throughout Japan and Los Angeles as he pieces together the life and history of hide. “HURRY GO ROUND” also features appearances by Hiroshi Matsumoto (hide’s brother), the band Spread Beaver, and recording engineer Eric Westfall among others.

Welcome to Lanzhou, a city in northwest China that's famous for its beef noodle soup. In this short documentary, we meet some of the students who flock there to learn the secrets of hand-pulling Lanzhou lamian. Some want to open their own shops, while some just want a better job-and all soon discover that not everyone has a knack for noodles.

In the constant passage of time, the Zen-like footsteps of the Walker has finally allowed us to see the Pacific Ocean, the open sky, the seagulls, the black sand, an eel catching settlement that arose in the cold winter rain, the twisting branches of the lintou trees, flotsam piled up like mountains, and a newly constructed cement house, which seems to offer a temporary place of rest for the Walker. Designated as ultra-rightists in the Communist Party’s Anti-Rightist campaign of 1957, they starved to death in the reeducation camps. The film invites us to meet the survivors of the camps to find out firsthand who these persons were, the hardships they were forced to endure and what became their destiny.

"The very first Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival was held here at Zhongshan Hall. During my university days, I volunteered as a ticket seller in order to watch films for free. Many years later, I received the top award at the Taipei Film Festival in an award ceremony held here as well. I have also run a coffeehouse here and often held small screenings of classic films during that time. Last year, I shot my film, Your Face, inside Guangfu Auditorium. The film was composed of thirteen big close-ups. Each of those thirteen faces was filled with the passage of time. Now, I am given a chance to film Zhongshan Hall again. I switched off all the lights and allowed the warm winter sun to shine on her face."

After the Americans landed, a violent battle ensued resulting in the loss of over 200,000 lives – many of them civilian. This documentary uncovers Japan’s deepest secrets concerning the Battle of Okinawa, and also sounds alarms about modern Japan’s recent steps toward remilitarization.

This documentary tracks the long process where a special team of prosecutors formed after the inauguration of PARK Geunhye administration discovering the truth under all kinds of external pressures and obstructions. This documentary also tracks the footsteps of the late LEE Namjong, who reminded us the NIS Intervention incident.

In October 2015, the evicted residents who had imprisoned on a false charge of killing a policeman assembled in a place for the first time after the Yongsan Disaster six years ago. They had occupied a watchtower against unreasonable redevelopment policies and in protest against violent suppression used by riot police in 25 hours of their sit-in demonstration. Their colleagues had died from an unknown fire, and they became criminals. The delight of meeting again lasts only briefly. The ‘comrades’ rip out cruel words while blaming each other.
