Salka was born as a refugee in the Sahara desert, and grew up in Italy by chance: she was one of the so-called "Little Peace Ambassadors". Sahrawis have been sending to Europe their children for decades, to show the world the injustice they suffer. A 2700 km long mined wall across the desert, and there's no mention of it even in UN resolutions on Western Sahara. This former spanish colony, just in front of Canary Islands, is occupied by Morocco since 1975. In 2011 I spent 5 weeks in the Sahrawi refugee camps near Tindouf, outer south-west of Algeria. This is where the Sahrawi's escape from their war-devastated land stopped, though none of them imagined they would stay there so long. When I met Salka, her foster italian mother Carmen and her mother Aisha, I had finally found what I had been looking for: state of rest began to take shape. Neither Salka nor I were born when it all began. Western Sahara has been occupied by Morocco and plundered by many others for over 40 years

Valentina Petrillo is a visually impaired transgender athlete. In 2019 she started a difficult battle, asking Italian sports federations to give her permission to compete in the female category. Today, after a long struggle, she is the first Italian transgender athlete competing internationally in the women's category. Her story was featured in hundreds of articles and tv appearances in Italy and abroad. Her choice to challenge unscripted societal rules is an inspiring example across continents. Despite all odds, her dream to participate in the Paralympic Games continues to drive her forward.

L'unione falla forse is a documentary film that intertwines the life of homogenitorial families with the bizarre theories of anti-LGBT exponents, in a single story. Two absolutely distant and distinct worlds that needed to be confronted directly, due to the exponential growth of proLife extremist Catholic movements and their political ascent, thanks to the exploit of the right-wing parties that welcomed them into their row (the Fontana family minister and Senator Pillon, both members of the Family Day, are a clear example). But also because of the growing need for legal recognition that homogenitorial families are clamoring for, to which sometimes only the magistracy grants approval, due to the gaps in the law on civil unions of 2016 caused by the cutting of the Stepchild Adoption and the obligation of loyalty among the partners. The result is a desecrating mix between the silent normality of these families and the bawling madness of their protesters.

From 1947 to 1969, the U.S. Air Force carried out a systematic study of unidentified flying object (UFO) sightings, codenamed “Project Blue Book.” Thousands of reports from American and European citizens were recorded during those years; more than 700 cases remained “unidentified.” The film reuses original documents from the now-declassified project, superimposing them over family footage from the same period. On 10th August 2021, Peter Moser took on six of the main peaks in the Pale di San Martino mountains in a single day. Inspired by mountaineering pioneers, Peter made the solo crossing by following the historic routes of the first climbers, entrusting himself only to his experience as a mountain guide.

The passion for old photos and some coincidences lead the young protagonist to discover the photographic archive and the research of the Friulian linguist Ugo Pellis. After 80 years, the curiosity to know the children in those photos leads him to embark on a journey to the places explored by Pellis in the 1930s. Lorenzo moves between Friuli, the place where Pellis began his investigations, and Sardinia, where he took most of the photographs.
