La noche de las guerras

A group of ex-combatants and their sons and daughters spend the night of October 15, 2014 camping in Monte Longdon, Falkland Islands. Thirty-two years earlier, in that same place, a battalion of Argentine soldiers was defending themselves from the British invasion on June 11, 1982. In the voice of Carlos Giordano, the present and the past intersect in a story that seeks to denounce the usurpation of the United Kingdom and the actions of the Argentine armed forces. Through animations, archival images and fictionalizations, this film recreates that night of camping captured in the digital book ViajeMalvinos.

Guillermo Pérez Villalta. Del agua y el Mediterráneo

In the summer of 1996 Pablo Llorca did a long interview with Guillermo Pérez Villalta on the subject of water and the Mediterranean. They were five hours of recording, faded away immediately due to humidity problems and that had never been seen before. Recovered twenty-five years later, this is the result, where the painter's words are matched by images chosen by the filmmaker, in a descriptive relationship as well as a complementary reading.

El largo viaje hacia la ira

After the experience with 'Será tu tierra,' Soler becomes aware of this cruel reality, until then unknown; Soler makes this documentary on his own initiative and with complete freedom. The film analyzes and quantifies, using extensive data, the social and economic consequences of internal migration during the 1960s, especially in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, focusing on the problems that arise from a lack of housing, with people crammed together in old apartments without hygienic conditions; and the phenomenon of shantytowns.

A day in Constitución

Documentary that attempts to establish a portrait of the variable -and at times immeasurable- collective of Constitución Station. Vendors, train drivers, officials, the needy, opportunists and untimely offer a framework that is in daily tension between those who live the space as a threshold to other realities and those who live it as their living space. The film sets out to recover these small stories from a perspective as meticulous as it is distant, to observe each of these tenuous events as an impartial, silent and almost impressionistic spectator in order to obtain from this zero sum, the general portrait of a world.
