Sugarcane is cut and milled in an animal-drawn mill. The sugarcane juice is taken to a tank to strain the liquid. The bagasse is used to feed the furnace that heats the pan where the juice is boiled. The mill grinds the coffee, whose husk is also used as fuel to feed the furnace. Care is taken with the boiling juice to reach the required consistency. The molasses is then obtained, which is beaten, deposited in molds and, after drying, removed and its burrs trimmed.

In Rio de Janeiro, more than 200 objects were seized by the police, and after the end of the official criminalization, they became part of the collection in the Museum of Civil Police. The documentary The Sacred within us deals with the past of persecution towards traditional terreiro communities, the "Black Magic" collection found in the Police Museum, the difficulty of access to the collection by religious, researchers and the population in general, as well as the struggle for to release the sacred objects that have been in the possession of the Civil Police of the State of Rio de Janeiro for 100 years.

With the construction of the Transamazônica, the Arara territory (without contact with the white man) is cut in half, and the Indians react by attacking the workers. Aware that all contact is a creation of dependency, the sertanista Sydney Possuelo, who also reflexively narrates the documentary, leads the expeditions that aim to identify the groups, how many individuals there are, establishing territorial limits to protect the area against invaders and loggers in the region.
