In January 2024, Number_i released their debut digital single GOAT. It was quickly followed by their mini album No.O -ring- in May, and their full album No.I in September of the same year. This special edition captures Number_i's live tour in Saitama Super Arena, which opened on Christmas Eve, 2024, and is the final show of their debut year.

Set in the Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo, the tragic theme of the film is the destruction of millions of lives in the 13 years before Manchukuo collapsed with Japan’s World War II surrender in August 1945, and the years of suffering it brought in its wake.

This film introduces Professor MAENG Sunglyul at Woosuk University, the author of UFO Syndrome and a scientist researching into unidentified flying objects. That he is criticized for seeking enjoyment in challenging times reveals the ambivalent gaze of the public towards his study of UFOs. As an explorer of the unknown, he doubts the existence of UFOs, while at the same time considering uncharted or undiscovered territories beyond those defined by mainstream science. In the same vein, the film makes no attempt to draw quick conclusions about UFOs. Rather, it calmly conveys moments of communion between scientific approaches and people’s curiosity of the unknown. Now, it’s time to draw a sketch of UFOs.

Ng Meixi returns to Singapore having spent time in Mexico working with low-performing students. They wanted to build a railway here for a mine. Taking the fate of Yin Shaoyao, a lecturer at Liaoning University, as its focus, this film records this group’s experience of being labelled as rightists, of “Reform through Labour”, of being starved, and killed. Their personal files reveal the details of their transformation: their personalities encouraged them to betray each other, incriminating materials were put in their files, and their political lives were destroyed. Ideological reformation killed their spirit, while physical labour and hunger destroyed their bodies. The film also records how people who resisted were suppressed and what happened to people’s humanity in this most cruel of environments.

A 34 year-old worker committed suicide as well. It's the fourth who has become a martyr for the cause. Why have the laborers who worked at Hanjin shipyard separated like this? They are starting to ask themselves why they decided to hate each other.

Documentary about Sato Teiichi's daily life spent doing everything by hand at his seed shop in Rikuzentakada City, which was devastated by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. Filmmaker Komori Haruka handles directing, camera and editing in her feature film directorial debut. Sato's home-cum-shop were swept away by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. He runs the Sato Seed Shop where he makes everything on his own, including the construction of the prefab building, digging of the well, and creation of the signage, and he also writes a diary using self-taught English about his experiences during the disaster.

Kota, a city in North-West India famous for its coaching institutions, attracts more than 200,000 teenagers from all across the country to prepare for the undergraduate competitive exams. These students reside in cubicle sized hostel rooms and study for more than 15 hours a day for two consecutive years to crack the entrance exams for prestigious colleges that has acceptance rate of less than one percent. These students face intense insurmountable pressure from coaching institutes, peers and their families which not everyone is equipped to cope with, resulting in some students taking the extreme step of suicide.

Young Masters is an original series commissioned by NOWNESS China focusing on traditional Chinese cultures, and how they continue to be defined by a new generation of the country's youth. Its first episode, Young Masters: Bajiquan, spotlights Wu Hao (吴昊), a young man in his twenties from Hebei province who is a stalwart practitioner of Bajiquan—a traditional Chinese fighting style known for its graceful stillness and sudden moments of targeted and ferocious violence. Director Haonan Shen traveled to the Mengcun Bajiquan International Training Center to profile Wu Hao whose paternal ancestor Wu Zhong (1712–1802) was the first recorded Bajiquan teacher. In this evocative portrait of a young man’s passion for sharing his family’s rich heritage, we get up close and personal with the violent elbow strikes, staff jabs, fierce rising and firm falling stances that characterize the martial art.
