Right from day one he decided, on the one hand, to lend visibility to the disease in order to denounce the lack of help for those who suffer from it and, on the other, to organise a big event to raise as much money as possible for research. The documentary exhaustively follows all of the meetings and conversations held with managers of FC Barcelona and Manchester City to arrange a football game that succeeded in raising 4.5 million euros. Meanwhile, Unzué opens the doors to his home and reveals the evolution of his physical degeneration.

In 2010, a prisoner awaiting trial was found dead in his cell at one of Israel’s maximum-security prisons. Held in solitary confinement under 24/7 surveillance, the guards did not know his name or his crime. They knew him only as “Prisoner X.” After his death, the Israeli government placed a blanket gag order on the reporting of the story. Until three years later when the prisoner was revealed to be an Australian citizen and an alleged Mossad agent. This documentary, which premiered at the 2023 Jerusalem Film Festival, seeks to reveal the Israeli Government's faults, failures, and systematic silencing in the case; and delve deeper into the mystery surrounding the death in custody.

Deep in the jungle of Central Vietnam, lies a magnificent underground kingdom. Hang Son Doong which translates as “mountain river cave”, is the largest cave passage in the world and a place of spectacular beauty. With more people having climbed Everest than visited Son Doong, its pristine charm has remained undisturbed for millions of years. In 2014, Son Doong’s future was thrown into doubt when plans were announced to build a cable car into the cave. With many arguing that this would destroy its delicate eco-system and the local community divided over the benefits this development would bring, the film follows those caught up in the unfolding events. Beautifully shot and scored, “A Crack In The Mountain” is a powerful exposé about how both good and bad intentions can ultimately lead to one of the world’s greatest natural wonders being trampled for money. As well as inspire those who care about our natural heritage to fight to protect it.

In turn, the medical community has been affected by the post #metoo movement denouncing sexual violence against women. It was about time. Assaults and rapes perpetrated behind closed doors in doctors' offices have gone unpunished for too long. For a victim, reporting them is almost as difficult as recounting incidents of incest. And the medical councils, which are mainly made up of men, have long turned a deaf ear to patients' complaints. When cases are brought before the courts, the justice system also struggles to prosecute these rapists. Recently, practices and names have been made public, complaints are multiplying, and women are daring to speak out. Could this be the end of complacency towards these criminals in white coats?
