Luke Kingdon, a twenty-three year-old Greek Australian, one day decided that he was going to make a change after learning about the silent killer; mental health. As he saw the growing rates of suicide on the news, accompanied by people around him losing their loved ones, he felt it was time for a turning point. In an attempt to raise awareness about the social issue, he decided he would run 60km around Uluru in one stint, prompting his fellow Australians to help attain his donation goal of $30,000 for mental health support company, Reach Out.
