Yone is a mother and grandmother. She is a political activist who believes in the power of affection. She lost a son, murdered by homophobia, and continues to fight. She maintains an active channel on Facebook and YouTube, supporting and welcoming lesbians and the LGBTQIA+ population who still suffer from violence and oppression in the country.
