In this HISTORY special, die-hard Corvette expert and builder Chris Mazzilli will try to fix this missing piece of muscle car history as he and his team build a one-of-a-kind 1983 Corvette from the ground up. The creation will be presented to a panel of experts, including the Corvette designers who pulled the plug on releasing the ’83 originally, to see if it’s worthy.

O Intendente é um lugar psicológico

“The neighbourhood that is not a neighbourhood, the ending cycle, Lisbon that is economy, for a moment, or not. We do not know. Now we’re here, in Arroios, at the Intendente Square. The Intendente of women. They were the ones in charge, they dominate. The film brings those memories on stage, mixes them and gives them sounds and music. The neighbourhood that is not a neighbourhood, but a body, with each arm an artery, the legs ethnicities, blends. The dance of what still resists.” Tiago Pereira

Blue Seagull

At five in the morning, Katya was woken up by a phone call: "Come. There was a fire. Nadia and Denis died." So casually, suddenly, terribly, irrevocably, her habitual life was crossed out, burned. Katya's husband Denis, a bright scientist, urbanist, together with his 11-year-old daughter Nadia were at the dacha in Beloretsk, Denis's birthplace. At his mom's. It seemed so quiet, beautiful... the happiest and safest place in the world. Pogrebizhskaya's film is based on the home "chronicle of a happy family", on the monologues of Katya, who would not have survived without her inner guardian - the "blue seagull".

The Theatre of Scupi

On the outskirts of Skopje, archeologists discovered the remains of an ancient Roman city called Skupi. The amphitheater is one of many other public buildings that testify to what was once a lively city on the Via Egnatia. The theatre was a place for social gatherings, festivals, games and plays. Skopje City Council intends to reconstruct the amphitheater and reopen it for public use. The reconstruction project is estimated to last for three years, and this documentary follows the activities at the meeting point between the distant past and present times. Human curiosity often manifests and satisfies itself through the phenomenon of “scenium”. Contemporary people share the same desires and urges for more or less similar objectives.

No Data Plan

A voiceless narrator rehashes details about his mother’s affair as he crosses the United States by train. “Mama has two phone numbers. We do not talk about immigration on her Obama phone. For that we use the other number with no data plan.” The linear train ride moving from Los Angeles to New York diverges into unruly directions of consciousness. A multiplicity of voices share thoughts, dreams and histories evoking images far away from the enclosed spaces of this trains interior. While capturing these landscapes and interiors through his lens, the moving images evidently illustrate an undocumented subjectivity, a site of precarious movement, migration and fugitivism in the US.
